Hi Everyone Was wondering how you techies have your home networks setup, i used to have servers, firewall, switches etc but down now to a laptop and broadband haha

they still receive IP address's just unable to access network resourses

Hi All A school i maintain there computers will randomly stop connecting to the network they will get the orange warning sign on the network connection and when you hover over it, it says "unauthenticated Network" i have tried renewing the IP, re-joining domain etc the only way to get it working is to re image the computer. A bit of info about the network server 2008 R2 windows 7 clients 32 & 64bit both effected flat network Thanks

I disable all the services i could find that may effect it and disabled ACHI drivers in the end had to reinstall windows 10 and now the laptop is working fine

Wondering if anyone can help me i got my laptop running windows 10 but the hard drive usage is 100% all the time i have disable the BITS service offline files, turned off notifications turned off cloud protection also changed the settings on the AHCI adapter as recommended on the net but still 100% anyone can think of anything else i can do?

Server 2016 dosen't support sims yet and they have not set a date to when it will be a school near me found out that the hard way

How many have taken the plunge and gone fully server 2016 and windows 10 as its coming up to the new financial year and we are looking at upgrading from server 2008 any huge headaches? smooth installs etc

Just wondering how many technicians there are in your school, currently we have network manger and two techies and we support 900 computer and laptops 100+ ipads 15 in total servers (mostly virtual) and a fairly large primary school
