Speaking of two bounce no balls, i got someone out last year as a ball I bowled landed about 2/3 of the way down the wicket, and just did not bounce and rolled into the stumps, and much to everyone's amusement, the umpires didn't calla no ball, so off the batter went.

I am still useless with the bat. not bad with the ball. I seem to have a dodgy arm which is restricting my fielding/throwing arm. bleugrh.

Been at indoor nets for last 6 weeks, our team have had a bowling machine kindly donated, and it seems to have made a massive difference to my batting. Having only played last year, batting technique is seriously lacking, so being able to consistently face the same deliveries over and over again rather than a) having opposition obviously trying to get you out. b) your team trying to bowl well at you (and 4 or 5 different bowlers one after the other) seems to have seen a nice improvement when i am facing teammates in the nets. I am feeling a lot more confident with the bat, and i'm getting my front foot forward a lot more. What i was doing before, was trying to take a step back to give myself extra time, which then disrupts your positioning/ timing/ and actually gives you less time, as you dont have the time to step back to take in the delivery, as by the time i do that, the ball is already at my feet. It's just something I am having to tell my brain to not do. Will have to see what the season brings!

Hi All Trying to get the Deputy Head's Mac to Access a couple of network shares (through Command+ K Connect to server then smb://IPAddress//NetworkShare, however, when mapping them, it seems to map them, but also includes another section which includes ALL the shared drives on that part of the network, is there an easy way around this aside from rejigging the network at all? (this is the first Mac in the school, he brought it with him from his previous employer....) Thanks

Saying that, I was sat there last night looking at all my blades, and was just thinking, i really dislike the whole, need certain powers from certain blades to open certain treasures, then within that, they need to be trained to certain levels. Especially as some of my blades are next to useless in my party (like the guy who has minerology so gets better rocks from collection points). Maybe it's just a mechanic i need to get used to. Is it a JRPG thing, or a xeno thing?

Enjoying Xenoblade 2 currently, hoping to get through a lot of it throughout xmas break......... I think i'll be getting Shenmue and the Mega Drive Collection over Xmas, so may tuck into them after.
