That does seem excessive. None of my users have ever gone over 10gb and that was just for a video project. Have they got lots of media files etc?

My schools are a similar story with the performance being pretty dire. The product is not fit for purpose and has so many pre reqs and changes needed it's ridiculous. The whole product needs re doing from the ground up to make it just work in a browser!!!

We've used Windows DVD maker in the past but you'll need a windows 7 PC for it.

I have to say the Google FS is just so simple to roll out and for staff to use it's a real win win situation.

Pleased to report our test migration worked ok. They do seem to be very busy as it took 45 mins to get through to support yesterday and currently still on hold for 30 mins and counting today!

There's a big difference between getting updates and getting product development as part of a licence.
