  1. Then I'm out of ideas, I'm afraid.
  2. Are they trying to upload files or just type a response? Here is a link to the file types supported by Seesaw.
  3. We use it regularly here and no-one has ever reported any issues with it not working. The first thing I'd rule out is whether it's the same teacher/s having problems. I'd also need a clearer definition of "isn't working". Do they mean that work that has been assigned isn't appearing, pupils are unable to log in or connect to their class, etc. The other thing to check is whether the iPads have the school or family version installed (or both). I think the latest version combines the two, so it may be an idea to check in your MDM whether there is an update available. The other thing EDIT: The other thing is... there is no other thing! (Not sure where that came from!)
  4. I've reported the issue to Wave9, who are going to report it to Sophos.

  7. Oh, no! Gutted! I also had some training days in reserve, but with one thing and another, it's been difficult for me to arrange anything for the last few years. Thanks for everything, guys; not just the excellent training, but the camaraderie and introducing me to the wonderful city of Worcester. @Leeoakley - I'll PM you mobile number. If you still have access to email notifications, I'll let you know when I'm in the area. It would be great to catch up. Wishing you all the very best.
  8. I've done this several times, in the past, and will be doing it again shortly. My main bank is the Co-op, which I'm sticking with, but I have also opened accounts with other banks when they offered incentives. By circulating money between the accounts with standing orders, I would meet the criteria for minimum monthly deposit on each and get the rewards. At one point, I was getting £20+ a month - just for shuffling money around. A couple of these accounts aren't being used at all now, so they are the ones I'll switch to get incentives from the new accounts.
  9. Ours is pile of , too. I may have to install iTunes on a PC if the Mac can't manage it.
  10. Fortunately, we still have the old Mac Mini that I used to set up the first batch of iPads, so I'll connect it via USB and do a full reset.
  11. I had a similar issue yesterday, so I sent a Remove Lock Passcode command. Unfortunately, the iPad had been turned off and wouldn't reconnect to Wi-Fi until the user entered the passcode; ergo, it won't receive the command.
  12. Same here. Highly recommended.
  13. Possibly, but they can be reused at home. I have a stack of them that I use for freezing portions when I bulk cook. Almost certainly. Apart from some slight insulating benefits, there's absolutely no reason that burgers and kebabs can't be served in cardboard boxes.
  14. Thanks, @Wave9_Lee. We’ve already signed an agreement (including number porting), but I’ll bear your offer in mind if things don’t work out as expected.
  15. To be fair, is that even an IWB? It looks like an ordinary whiteboard to me. Even if it is interactive, it doesn’t look like an IR/camera based one - copper matrix at best. Judging by what appears to be a CRT monitor in the bottom right corner, I think this photo is rather dated (which may also explain the use of S******box). But to answer your question, yes I did chuckle.

  18. OK. How about "I'm Dreaming of $h!t£ Christmas?"

  20. Thanks, all. I think we have it sorted...
  21. Hi All Can anyone recommend SIP providers that will accept payment Credit Card? We have run into problems as we are unable to set up Direct Debit payments from our school account. Alternatively, monthly or quarterly billing would be an acceptable option. TIA EDIT: For use with 3CX
  22. I received an email, last week, inviting us to claim funding...again! This was followed by a swift retraction the next morning.
