Update on this: I've just checked my email and there was an invite there, too. This included a link to 'a list of eligible health conditions and treatments' (Unfortunately, it just says, 'Sorry there is a problem with this part of the NHS website.') and told me that I can go to a walk-in clinic. EDIT: The link worked when I tried again.

On the topic of vaccines, I received a text from NHSvaccine, this morning, inviting me to 'book [my] seasonal COVID-19 vaccination' as '[my] NHS record suggests may be at increased risk due to a health condition or medical treatment.' I'm over 50 but nowhere near 65, use beclomethasone and salbutamol for asthma, and take statins. There is also family history of heart health issues, which may be a contributing factor. Last year's invite gave me the option of going to a walk-in, but it looks like I need to book an appointment, this time. Ironically, opposite to other posts on this thread, the message said I 'may also be eligible for an NHS flu vaccine'.

As much as I'm confused by Microsoft licensing, it's quite clear that A5 includes everything in that chart and A3 includes everything inside the lighter red dashed box including the A1 offering the darker read dotted box. What isn't clear is why they only use odd numbers! What happened to A2 and A4?

I'm sorry to hear people are having issues with them. They've always been great for us (apart from replying to a request to reset my password). The problem is, Microsoft send so many Major Update Notifications (the majority of which have no impact on us) that they tend to get quickly scanned and deleted. The fact that the title was 'Changes to the registration campaign feature in Microsoft Entra' (What's that when it's at home? ) would definitely have put it in the 'Nah' category. Yesterday's email headed 'We’re enabling a stronger form of multifactor authentication beginning September 15, 2023' was at least a bit more obvious.

Log in to Entra, go to Identity Authentication methods - User registration details and you can also download the information from there.

You should also be able to Erase the device from Mosyle. Management - Devices Overview - click the device name for information - More - Erase.

I usually move it to limbo then Erase all content and settings - just to make sure. OK, so you have to wait a few moments while it restores then rejoin it to the Wi-Fi, but then it just pulls down the profiles from the MDM and it's good to go. I did a shared trolley of 32 in less than an hour during the summer.

Let me see if I've understood this correctly. You've removed the iPad from Mosyle Manager. You've removed the iPad from Apple School Manager. The user to whom the iPad was assigned is still showing in Mosyle, along with all their apps. You've reset the iPad and now it won't boot at all; instead it shows an error. Is that right?

Local desktop shortcuts still fine on my laptop. Not tried it any computers with redirected desktop folders yet, though.
