  1. You just need the Chromebook management license - about £30 now.
  2. Is this a signature though or a disclaimer? A disclaimer goes to the very bottom of the email string, rather than a signature that goes at the end of the actually current email text
  3. They are technically the same, just the Edu has less features and is really aimed at Teachers. Your changes probably haven’t synced to the client yet. This could be every 8 hours, regardless if you hit the sync button or not
  4. (Sorry if duplicated, I swore I posted this but cannot see it anywhere) I am setting up ACLs on our Meraki switch network. We have multiple VLANs, one of which is a guest network (main WiFi, but could be wired). We want to only allow internet access. DHCP is provided by the core switch, and we are using public DNS for this VLAN. I cannot see how I can set 1 ACL to only allow internet access. It appears I have to set 2 - one to block everything, then one allow rule for the WAN gateway VLAN. Does this look correct and what others are doing?
  5. Welcome to Intune. Not sure what the security risk could be though? Surely they would be standard users so shouldn’t be able to do much.
  6. The Sharepoint migration toolkit will do this for you.
  7. Whilst removing SSL will reduce the capabilities you should still be able to provide a level of filtering, it shouldn’t have to be open. For Guest, I believe this is the best option. The requirement to install a certificate is always going to hamper the use of the WiFi. For Staff, it’s a different matter.
  8. Surely if you have vlans already you can just set the subnet to not require SSL?
  9. You need to know the person or shared mailbox that owns the calendar. Then login to that account (or use the Open Another Mailbox) and then share as the person.
  10. I personally skip the ESP as it caused issues like this. I got errors but the policy and apps installed fine and even reported to Intune that they installed fine.
  11. So how much are your SIP trunks? Or are you saying you pay nothing except for the call costs
  12. Are you using ADE (formerly DEP) with ASM?
  13. Yes looks like the batch file needs the full path to setup
  14. Best paste the whole batch file and xml file so we can see the settings
  15. I assume the command is \\server as you don’t have the \\ in your post
  16. If you remove the profile the device should just restart and ADP will just force the device back into Moyles.
  17. I used to install green fibre that was OM3, so that isn’t an identifier. Not sure there is an easy way if there is no writing on it
  18. Check that the drive isn’t set to RAID in the bios. That causes driver issues.
  19. 1:1 here from Reception class to Y6. Surface Go 2/3 for the KS1 Surface Go 2/3 i3 model for KS2 Teachers and TAs = Surface Pro Admin = Surface Laptop
  20. Yes it will.
  21. I hide C: via registry but you can still access it if you know how. Doesn’t really bother me too much. They can’t do much in there anyway
  22. Got it working. I was connecting to tenant-admin and also connecting to the root and not the direct site. Removing -admin and adding /sites/SiteName made it work
  23. Sharepoint online. Tried both -ServerRelativeUrl and -SiteRelativeUrl as unsure if they are online/on-prem specific but both the same
  24. EDIT: I can remove via the GUI. This is my command Remove-PnPFile -ServerRelativeUrl "/sites/NST2-HR/Shared%20Documents/some folder/~$Copy%20of%20file.xlsx" -Force Remove-PnPFile : Access denied.At line:1 char:1+ Remove-PnPFile -ServerRelativeUrl "/sites/NST2-HR/Shared%20Documents/ ...+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : InvalidOperation: ( [Remove-PnPFile], PSInvalidOperationException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : InvalidOperation,PnP.PowerShell.Commands.Files.RemoveFile
  25. I wasn’t last night but added myself. Still not working this morning
