You need to record an answer file... easi-view.exe /r /f1″.\Setup.iss" Puts an answer file in the same folder you ran the setup from Record an uninstall answer file: easi-view.exe rs /f1″.\Uninstall1.iss" Then install it easi-view.exe /s /f1″.\Setup.iss" or uninstall it easi-view.exe /s /f1″.\Uninstall1.iss" This can be done as a batch file mapping a drive to the installer directory and passing those commands depending on whether you want to install or uninstall Or you can package it as an intunewin file and pass those commands in the package setup.

That's exactly how I have it set up. Does anyone know if it's possible to set phone QOS on a Smoothwall? I've spoken to the provider and they are applying an update to the server tonight. Helpfully the call quality to the supplier was poor so they had something to look at!

They are, and the VLAN is set up for Voip as far as you can with Unifi switches.

PBX is internal, local to local calls don't touch the internet. Internet is 200mb and has not been maxxed out at the times we've had issues reported.

We've just had our first VOIP system installed at this site. It's Yealink handsets on a splicecom map with Gamma & Voiceflex as the upstream providers through a reseller. We've had quite a lot of poor quality calls - roughly 15% of entire call volume. It's worse between 11 & 3, always external calls and more issues with mobiles than landlines. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue with Gamma or Voiceflex this week? I've reported it to the provider but I'm trying to establish the likelihood of it being an internal issue, an issue with our initial internet connection, or an upstream trunk issue.

I guess because a presence on twitter is entirely optional - but a website is a statutory requirement? Hi-jacking of sites aside, we have control of the content on our websites - you're not likely to click an internal link to view next week's menu and be presented with something unsavoury either as main or 'suggested' content.

We just borrow jingles off the royalty free music sites. They usually change for Christmas to something that is sleigh bell or brass section heavy, but the rest of the time it tends to just be something cheery.

Our Trust have just moved us all to Magicard 300 printers because half the schools were using Smart and the other half Magicard Enduro - we now order our ribbons direct from the trust and it saves us about 15%.

Our student has a 'humanware' tablet magnifier and we set up each teaching computer with an implementation of VNC set to view only and set the tablet up with a list of VNC files corresponding to each location the child was taught in. Teacher can quit VNC from the system tray when not in use.

It's been a while, but I've seen this before and I restarted the server into windows RE, deleted the .000 file from CMD and rebooted and all was well, it just picked up the correct folder.

Has anything else about your setup changed? Does the 'unifi' dns entry still work?

Because I got a DM about exactly what I meant by this, I thought I'd be explicit... 25% reduction on previously negotiated price per page of single colour pages - we print a surprising number of these due to the school colours - (worth approx £1800 over 3 years) 2% reduction under framework cost on full colour per page (worth approx £2000 over 3 years) Waiving of lease fee for 2x finisher unit when renewing and retaining existing equipment (worth approx £2400 over 3 years) Waiving of lease fee for 5 floorstanding bulk drawer units when retaining existing equipment (worth approx £2100 over 3 years) FOC charge cartridge buffer stock. Might not seem like that much to a secondary school budget, but it's a big deal to a primary budget.

It's always worth bargaining with your existing supplier based on this framework. Twice now I've got better-than-framework pricing or terms out of Canon by threatening to move suppliers.

Have you tried pressing enter twice when the weird characters show up?

Canon contracts and finance are a bit of a nightmare but you cannot beat the devices or the service backup.

They aren't cheap new, but we've been getting refurbs at about 1/3rd of new - HP x360 convertible laptops. We've been mainly getting them for SLT who tend to be the ones to present and annotate on the non-interactive meeting room screens via MS Miracast adapters

I used to be firmly team 'not until your start date' but it's just not workable for a teacher to come into a new school already running with perhaps a single day inset at the start of term. Risk assessments were undertaken above my pay grade and came to the same conclusions that once the normal recruitment checks and new-starter paperwork was complete, those and the inherent teacher's professional standards arrangements were sufficient mitigation to the risk.

If they have signed contract and signed AUP then we consider them staff and provide logins and access, the only thing they don't get until their start date is a device due to seperate insurance terms.

I haven't had that and trust me, I tried about 10 times initially before I gave up and let it think about it overnight. It woud be a bit of an oversight if the system could have have more than one identical device hash! I'd leave it for today and check tomorrow. Like I said, it literally took overnight the first time I uploaded. I uploded the CSVs multiple times between about 11am and 2pm, it sucked it up without error each time but then appeared to do nothing. I checked it again from home about 9pm and it was still empty. When I checked again at 7:30 the following morning they were all there.

How long have you waited? It took overnight for my first import of 100 devices to show up in the console, and multiple subsequent imports of between 1 and 20 devices took between 10 minutes and 3 hours to show up. The length of time taken to show appeared to have nothing to do with the volume of devices imported.

I've put some feelers out, but I thought I'd ask here too just in case someone is getting/has got something replaced.
