    No problem James at all.. Also commented on blog but wanted to say here.. As most of admins/ex-admins will tell you you learn to let comments ride over you. As said I have been called some quite nasty stuff over years due to peoples perception of me from my work I do in public arena. Don't let it get you down keep up the good work,

    Hi Michael If you mean can you set it so that when you double click a client can you set default action then no. In 3100 (I think) we swapped what the default action was after customer feedback. But then feedback since 3100 people wanted other way. We are looking to add an option that allows you to choose default action.

    RM have 3 call centres, One in Didcot (in what is known as the hanger), one near Glasgow and then one in India. Main numbers are answered by the UK centres but if issue then any call centre can take over. So last year when snow hit Scotland they shut-down Glasgow centre and all calls where taken by Didcot and India as fall back. As for call back certainly in my experience when RM India left a message they left uk phone number in the voicemail.

    Hi The imperoguardiansvc (windows service) closes Impero down if it freezes for too long... its probably taking too long to load the thumbnails. You can stop the guardian service and disable it (otherwise it will begin again) and try again. This way there will be no time-out. Russell

    Just reading an interesting report on non-qts on SLT teams.. The changing role and influence of senior support staff in schools Pretty much rises what people on here have said. You need a progressive head with vision to take step of having non-qts on your SLT. Also pay and conditions an issue and most non-QTS feel they have reached top of there career. Russ

    Andy you a star that is exactly what I want ... Russ Edit Ok need to work out where doing the proccess for drop down (being stupid on a monday morning). As added in new column called d, added it to the drop down but when select the drop down it gives a ref error? eg template (1).xlsx

    That is why asking hope someone had a great idea. The idea is want them to be able to compare what is in d with other data but give them an easy way to select one column at time so that they do not have to keep searching the full data. Russell

    I am creating a spreadsheet (see attached for sample of what doing). On the welcome sheet I need in c1 a drop down box with info from row one on sheet data. If select c under drop downbox shows content of column c. If select b get data listed under B. Russell eg template.xlsx
