    Hi Can anyone recommend a display screen for use with XIBO. I'm looking at a couple of 42" screens and a bigger 55" for reception. Having a timed on -off would be ideal. Andy

    It's the forward facing IP you need to add.

    Under domains in the Office 365 you will have View dns settings. It should list your mx as something like domainname.sch.uk.mail.eo.outlook.com. You can use this as an smtp server setting on your mfd. You will need to add a allow rule for your ip range in Forefront Online Protection for Exchange to get this to work.

    Have you followed How to configure an SMTP relay for Office 365 It's really picky about the sender address existing and the account must have send as rights as well. There is another non microsoft way. You can add your mx record as a smtp for the MFP. IT will accept mail on port 25 with no TLS. You need to create a allow rule in Forefront Online Protection for Exchange for your ip range. It will only send to user in your domain.

    is the WAN VLAN ID set to 101?

    Fixed it. DOwnloaded BIOS 2.21 and had to apply defaults after flashing. Now have a random GUID. :-)

    Anybody know how to reset the GUID on a HP Compaq 8200 Elite? They are all the same in a batch we jusy got.

    Verify both your domains in Office365. You'll have to give staff and students a different UPN in AD to pickup the different email domains.

    I'm pretty sure it uses the mac address of the server to licence the licence server. As long a sthe mac address stays the same it should be ok.

    We went for a new install instead of an upgrade.

    I'm using it fine with Windows 7 64bit Clients. The re-run advertisement option works which I use alot. I've never used the options it mentions on that page.
