You need to install the pre requisites first then install the ie11 full package. there will be an ie11 log in the windows directory telling you what you need

Reboot as above. Check the time is in sync. Check you are using Active Directory as Authentication NOT Active Directory (legacy method). Check the user for Authentication is OK.
