  3. 00:20.889: INFO: Version Check for (KB2834140) of C:\windows\System32\d3d11.dll: 6.1.7601.17514 >= 6.2.9200.16570 (False) 00:20.889: WARNING: Checking version for C:\windows\System32\api-ms-win-downlevel-user32-l1-1-0.dll. The file does not exist. These two are stopping it installing. I'd try the IEAK on a x86 machine as it does look at the version of IE11 on the machine.

  8. Why not? The whole point is that you only download the updates once and the clients get them from the SCCM server.
  9. Reboot as above. Check the time is in sync. Check you are using Active Directory as Authentication NOT Active Directory (legacy method). Check the user for Authentication is OK.

  15. Upgrade the controller software to the latest version. Are the AP using zero handoff?
  16. The account needs sendas rights to whoever is sending the email. I never got this to work. I did find a way around it by using the MX record as the SMTP server in Moodle.
  17. Are you using AD as your LDAP source?
  18. You need to have the SMTP Server set. 365 needs security setting too.
  19. Fibre to the Node. Copper to the home.
  20. Are you sure Virgin was fibre? It uses the same cable as the TV. I think it's a con that they can call any fibre connections.
  21. It's the SFP ports on the back. I use those switches as well. Looks like you have them stacked too.
  22. Sounds right. What model is it?
  23. I have the full report from Janet. At 13:30, following discussion between PoP contacts and Janet engineers, Janet were able to access the regional routers for further investigation. It was confirmed that, as a result of the major fibre break in Leeds, the RNEP routers were being flooded by layer-2 ARPs, possibly caused by an Ethernet loop, which appeared to be created by a spanning tree issue from within the YHMAN core network. As a result, the regional RNEP routers were unable to route traffic originating from or destined for sites inside the region.
