    Adobe CS5.5 Deployed with AAMEE but now asking for serial number when launching. The only thing I can think I've done is update the default user. Tearing my greying hairs out here. Has anybody come across this before? ANdy

    We use something like these. Best Value 5M USB 2.0 A F - F ACTIVE BOOSTED EXTENTION CABLE (NLUSB2-EXT) - dabs.com As long as it's active you can go over 5m.

    I've got multicast routing working and the config looks the same. I think I had to reboot the switch after enabling multicast-routing to get it to work.

    Sophos. It detected suspicious behavior. I disabled it and It created the ISO fine.

    I had an issue with the antivirus kicking in when creating a TS media ISO. It completed ok but had files missing.

    When deploying Windows 7 with a SCCM OSD task I query the model of the board and then install the drivers. I've got a few boards (ASUS) that come back with 'To Be Filled By O.E.M' Any ideas how I can get round this? Andy

    It might say boot rom in the bios instead of PXE. This should be enabled.

    I've been running ESXi for a few years now. Never had any real issues with it.

    I used this how can I deploy Office 2010 Professional Plus using SCCM 2007 - www.windows-noob.com and it deploys fine. Have you got the config.xml in the root directory? Andy

    Yes SCCM can do everything you want to do. It's a pain to setup and get your head around but worth it. Office and Adobe CS5 are easy to deploy. Use Creative Suite Enterprise Deployment | Adobe Developer Connection for CS5 and a admin install for office. Andy

    You can have Sophos in an image. Sophos KB covers this:- Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000+: incorporating current versions in a disk image, including for use with cloned virtual machines I don't include anything in the image. I let SCCM install it as part of the OSD task. (I do love SCCM!) Andy
