Might be worth adding ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.0.2 to deal with any packets it doesn't know what to do with.

Have you enabled ip routing? It's not in you sh run.

The ip address needs to be the actual address of the dhcp server. Post or send me your sh run off your hp core switch and i'll have a look.

http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Logon/LDAP_attributes_active_directory.htm sn should be the surname. Don't understand why thats not working. I import all my users with a csv file and set them to ldap as authentication. Bit of a long way round but it gets my fields populated as I want. -

I left ranger alone and just setup GP as i wanted it. I did create a new folder with the start menus and desktops in. I used folder redirection for these. I set the redirection on the My documents to the users home drive. You shouldn't have to touch any of the ranger config to get this to work.

I'm doing the same as you. Ranger and GP will work together. It took me a while to get them both working together.

Make sure the system account has permissions on the folder as well. Have you checked the drive with the users home folders are located? Check if the system account has permissions there as well.

Own up…. who mentioned that terrifying phrase “local profiles!†that would be just insane….. or dare I say it suicidal! Some people would say that about roaming profiles! You can use folder redirection for the favorites folder. I've just stuck a favorites folder in there home drive. Delprof deletes the profiles off the disc when the pc boots up.
