Morning folks, Just looking for a bit Xibo help. I have three clients, all running the latest version of Xibo Client - 2 x Asus Eee Box (1 running XP Pro, 1 running Win 7 Pro), and a Dell OP 980 running XP Pro. I have two servers, both running the latest client - 1 x Server 2003 and 1 x Ubuntu. So I think it's fair to say I'm trying all sorts to get this working, but whatever client/server combination I use, I'm having a problem loading Xibo Client. The first time I load it, it takes a while to load while it downloads the resources from the server. It then loads, but is hit or miss on whether it shows all the content of the template - it might show it all, it might not load certain elements (randomly), it might load nothing but the background. Plus when I make a simple change, such as dragging an existing element to a new area, it won't update until I delete the library and reload the client. Then even when I do this, it's the same as before - it might load everything, it might load some, it might load nothing but the background. Because it happens on all the clients I thought it was a problem with the server, so that's why I tried it on both 2003 and Ubuntu. Still happening, so possibly a problem with the template, but I can't put my finger on what. I've tried removing elements and can't fathom it. Anybody come across this or know what it might be?

What has altered? We still go by the same book, and although it has undergone many translations the context has not changed, just the ability to read it in a modern world? Nothing else has changed in what we follow. Yes, the church has relaxed their views on certain subjects over the years, but after all we are all fallable and can only practice something as we understand it at the time. We still follow the same Jesus Christ however, who is the Son of the same God, and whom sent the same Holy Spirit - so what has changed?

I meant it sincerely about PMing me. As has been said we have our own beliefs, but it's so easy to say 'the bible is bad, it says this' - a lot of our language has changed over the years and therefore it's easy to read the bible the wrong way. If you have any questions please PM me and I'll give you my interpretation as a Christian.

Are you picking these out by hand or have you just Googled 'bad stuff in the bible' - honestly I don't think here is the place to be discussing the bible, but if you ever want any bible quotes from another perspective just drop me a PM.

And that's getting away from the point anyway. My original point was that I found Bansky's comments offensive - his comments that made a sweeping statement about those that belong to a certain faith. No matter what religion you are, if any at all - it is wrong and offensive to make such a statement. That was my original point.

As a Christian I acknowledge both parts of the bible, but Christianity basically means the following of Christ, which is all told in the new testament. Following the old testament would make me Jewish.

So do I, but I'm not complaining about his view on the Catholic Church. I'm complaining about his view on Christianity - the following of Jesus Christ. That's what he is attacking in his comments - not the church.

Oh shucks, it has hasn't it. That must make me and every other Christian a liar, corrupt, and abusive.

I'm not offended by the artwork. I'm not offended that he thinks there may be some officials whom have done bad things. I am offended however, that he has tarred all Christians with that brush with his comments.

He's completely missed the meaning of Christianity, and focused on the corrupt few that exist in the church (pretty much like any other organisation). Perhaps this idiot needs to read a few pages of the bible.
