Several things to think about here... Huge hosts are great, but they bigger they are the more important services they have on them. I've purchased some second user servers and then added san storage for not a lot, it's cheap, failure on one node is acceptable , parts are cheap and its all very flexible.

Take it to the head, It's a data protection issue but they need to discuss their needs with someone who can balance needs with protection. think of some suggestions before you do, A communal area maybe?

You can select the first 3 extra drives that will be assigned to usb, for instaance k,l and m. You then use GP to block those drives.

I want to convert our old CCTV cameras which use BNC connections to work with securecam2 which uses mjpeg feeds. Can anyone recommend any kit to convert the feed? I cant find anything that excplicity converts, only stuff that says it can display

scvmm has a free version. I've found it to be a bit more reliable than disk2vhd

pslogged on from pstools will find the machine, psshutdown will log them off.
