  1. Racially, dodgy ground. Snoop wise, safe ground.
  2. I've found 3M VHB to be removable afterwards - it bonds well but it really survives temperature and humidity changes yet doesn't disintegrate when peeled off.
  3. The construction project was more in mafia terms of 'disappearing' the perpetrator...
  4. So it was one of those absent staff? And they've now mysteriously 'disappeared'? Any new road bridges being built near you?
  5. This may be an indexed forum, so be careful when commenting if they're feeling litigious.
  6. Thanks for your detailed upgrade experience. I never did get the Helath Agent working again, I might try again.
  7. Something like a GoPro can be set to power on once it gets a USB power feed, so you can stick it on a switched spur. Then run an HDMI straight out of it to the TV. You will probably need to change the lens to get the right field of view, but not a bad setup for it.
  8. If you use AoVPN, you can have it so that the filtering is applied both on and offsite. If they tether, it'll connect to the VPN and direct traffic through the filter (where set to do so).
  9. You *may* have to take 1.6 off once you've upgraded, before v2 will go on. I'm not sure if you can export the settings then re-import into v2, but worth a shot as it'll save time.
  10. I in-place upgraded the server which runs our AADC - I just reinstalled AADC once done with the same settings in place.
  11. Either, with the correct spec cable.
  12. If you roll the driver back on the device manager properties it should stick with the older driver - you won't have to uninstall the new one.
  13. Think I’ve sorted it - I requested a new cert from the CA, set the CN and DNS fields as they were on the old one, renewed with the same Private Key, deleted the old cert and restarted RRAS.
  14. @CHiLL How did you renew the cert? I've tried it from the certm console (and left the old one) but it's still not coming back up for clients (maybe they need to check in on the LAN first?)
  15. The setting is literally called 'Sign-in restriction', under Devices, Chrome, Settings and Device Settings. It's under the Sign-in settings category. Have you also checked to see if a student user can correctly sign into GW on a PC?
  16. Sign-in restrictions are per user - did you go through and add staff to this specifically?
  17. Do you have staff and students in separate OUs in GW? Do you have a restriction set on which users can logon in the device settings in GW ("sign-in restriction")?
  18. Loop being put in somewhere? Seem a bit too regular for that but could be a loop has been put in and your network is dealing with it haphazardly.
  19. Estyn here, but still an HMI. They wanted power, a connection to a projector and that was it. Guess they did anything online via 4G or already had a corporate wifi login on our WAN.
  20. *Inserts awful joke about chip shortages to stop anyone else from doing it*
  21. I ditched redirected appdata when we moved to CS6 moons ago. It’d work, then randomly break. Absolute lottery. Still using mandatory profiles here, and they work with CS6 and CC21 IME.
  22. This used to happen, and now all of that old junk sits in landfill in those impoverished countries. Not really as charitable as hoped!
  23. I've never injected them into the ISO as such, though I have modified the WIM then re-created a modified ISO from that.
  24. Yes. There are two boxes in the settings - one allocates cores, the other processors. I often do a split (e.g. 2/2), but you're better off tending towards cores/threads to allow Hyper-V to allocate resources properly. You shouldn't allocate 4 single thread CPUs.
  25. USB 3.0 ports available? You could try a USB 3.0 to HDMI adaptor. If it has a USB-C connection it may be able to output via that too.
