They are different indicators. PP gives an entitlement of a free meal but now there are age related free meals too. PP is an indicator that is used by Ofsted.

The release note that covers this problem. There is a device association for security purposes which uses the iPad ID. There can be two email addresses one as a staff member and one as the parent contact so if the message is a message to staff it will pick up the staff email, if to a parent (e.g. newsletter, SEN message, etc.) it would use the parent email. Could you let me have your case number so I can follow up with the desk?

At a guess it means that the staff record has data attached to it. Removing it would lead to errors elsewhere. (Not the most helpful of messages, I agree)

I've spoken to the product manager. A member of staff that is also a parent has an email address for both roles so this should not be an issue.

Well you could edit each student record to add the senior member of staff but I wouldn't recommend that. Does the homepage widget provide any solution to the problem you are trying to solve. There is one for behaviour which shows what's happening in real time.

On Census I don't think there are differences for a free school. It all becomes complex for a convertor when suddenly data has to be excluded for dates prior to the start date of the school. Finance reports are a very different for academy/free schools - think Government Department style! i.e. huge!!

Had you changed over to using the new method of connecting for InTouch? If not then maybe that is why the problem hadn't occurred before?

We haven't tested W10 yet and cannot guarantee that it will work everywhere.
