comrade Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Hi all, I am new here and new to London, this seems like an interesting forum to get very useful information and to discuss tech stuff. I am a recent graduate with a BSc in Computer Systems and am on the hunt for my first position but in the meantime I am scouring the internet for new things to learn and ways to improve myself. Hi TM, There are loads of schools/business in London, your sure to find something, welcome.

Also speak to @Will_Townsend of ESP - Education Support Professionals they have permanent and temp positions which could give you experience as well as a foot in the door. 1

Corvidae Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Hello All -- I'm currently data manager at a large secondary school -- for my sins -- having done some time in IT support, networks, and systems dev along the way. I look for schools that present a challenge, go in and help them sort things out, and then move on to a new challenge once they're back on the right track. As I'm a frequent visitor I thought perhaps it's time I joined.

Mark_Norton Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Hi everyone, My name is Mark and I'm currently doing an IT Technician Apprenticeship at Norton College in North Yorkshire. Being only 19 and having just finished College this year, jumping into a technician role was a daunting but EduGeek was recommended by my colleagues as a place to ask for help and find solutions. I figured I might as well sign up and explain who I am. Thanks for being so helpful!
Garacesh Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Welcome to all our recent newbies @Mark_Norton, @Flyboy60, @Corvidae
