Garacesh Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 I pre-ordered from GAME because it was cheaper
Sagima Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Bought played and completed Hero of the Kingdom 2 yesterday. Just as good as the first one - just wish it took longer. First run through was about 4 hours, the second about 30 minutes quicker.

3s-gtech Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Kind of completed Need for Speed: Road Challenge on PC. Only taken me 15 years (never completed it on PS1, and not the easiest thing to get working on WindowsXP+).
Grey-gear Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Just picked up Phantom pain over the weekend
Garacesh Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Oh, I completely agree. But on the other hand, it's cheaper and I get a physical copy, which is kind of cool. Then again, there was a thing with.. MGS5, was it? Where the disk just contained a Steam installer xD So maybe not.
localzuk Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 I bought Mad Max for 40% off and Fallout 4 for 23% off at the weekend. Started Mad Max, and looking forward to Fallout!
DCUK6 Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Gonna fire this back up... new stuff may have happened over the summer.... I bought a ps4, haven't completed any games for it yet though, i am currently working my way through Destiny (Reached level 20 last night..), ESO (LVL16), and COD:AW. Loved Destiny. Didnt know anyone that played it on the PS3 though so kind of got bored with it in the later levels. Just got WWE 2k14. Spend many hours on that just doing quick matches. Also got Fifa but not loaded it up yet.

Joanne Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I just ordered Ground Zeroes, haven't played MGS since Snake Eater. May grab TPP later if I like it. Ohhh man... it was free on PSN the other month!! It's only one mission too. I ordered the guide for the game yesterday... I wanna try get 100% :-p
Garacesh Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) I got in touch with SCAN as I remembered I was supposed to get a game with my GPU. It was originally Arkham Knight but that changed to MGS:V (presumably due to Arkham Knight's terrible reception) so I'm hoping they get back to me with a MGS:V product key. I also hope it's redeemable on Steam. Edited September 8, 2015 by Garacesh

Garacesh Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Eventually, yes xD And after running it for a week to check that it ran properly, I voided my warranty by spraying it red. ^^
GuyJD Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I bought Mad Max over the weekend with the 40% off from GMG, not played it yet though, been playing a lot of COD MW2 Special Ops missions with the Mrs, I forgot how fun they can be. Also Does anyone use Kinguin? I've used it a few times but keep forgetting about it, they are doing Mad Max fo £11 at the moment and they've just introduced buyer protection so if the code you get doesn't work you get your money back. It's well worth checking it out if you need a new game and are a bit strapped for cash.
Garacesh Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 introduced buyer protection so if the code you get doesn't work you get your money back. Presumably in response to G2A et al being flooded with keys purchased on stolen Russian credit cards.
GuyJD Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Presumably in response to G2A et al being flooded with keys purchased on stolen Russian credit cards.Yeah that was my first thinking too
LiamHaith Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I've used G2A/G2Play/Kinguin for a long time. They've offered some forms of Buyer Protection for a long time (at least G2Play has). I'd also used another site but we don't talk about that since they owe me money...
pooley Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Discworld II / 2 PC Game - Missing Presumed...?? **Not much of a gamer**
CAM Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I won't touch key sites after finding out some of them could well be stolen. Annoying as Mad Max is a tenner on some sites but you know what they say about too good to be true! Oh and latest game: Splatoon!
localzuk Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I've used G2A/G2Play/Kinguin for a long time. They've offered some forms of Buyer Protection for a long time (at least G2Play has). I'd also used another site but we don't talk about that since they owe me money... I bought from CDKeys a while back - only a DLC for something, but the key I was sent had already been used, and it took over a month to get my money back via the protection. The system is heavily weighted against the consumer, as the seller can make demands of you to do things before the company would do anything about it. I was told to complain to Ubisoft and find out who had used my key, which is ridiculous as they would never tell me that. G2A has never let me down though. My housemate swears by Kinguin also, but I am dubious as they were selling Mad Max for £14 the other day.
JJonas Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I've never had a problem with CDKeys, but I only ever buy Xbox credit from them.
