We have an external company that does all our SIMS upgrades and general troubleshooting for any SIMS related issues. They need to have remote access to the SIMS Server to do the upgrades. For those who have similar arrangements, what kind of domain access do you give to the external company?

I have never really played with Google sites or any website for that matter. How would I host an image on a Google site and then link just the image to the Footer please?

Previously a couple of years ago I successfully created a 'corporate' signature with a logo to go out with all the external emails sent from the school via the Google Admin Panel. I am now trying to do the same at another site but it seems now that you cannot add logos but have to attach an image which must be hosted on a publicly available website? I am sure this wasn't the case when I did it before. If you have a central Google signature going out with a logo how have you done that please? This is the message when you input the footer. To insert an image, click and enter the URL for the image on a public web server. Images stored in Google Drive can't be used in your footer.

I was quoted much less for 3 techs, cant see how it jumps up by £1000 unless there is an expensive project management addon. ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus cloud professional edition - Annual Billing fee for 3 Techs and 250 Nodes - £530/year.

I am about to report this to Google. Anyone else already reported?

We just had our first report of this issue from a member of staff.

Our copiers use it too for scan to email functionality . I believe SAGE also requires less secure apps to enable remittance emails to be sent via Google. Anyone know what the solution for copiers will be?

@Deanuk - Which Grafana panel did you use to show the status of the hypervisors? I want to show the "UP" or "DOWN" status as you have in the photos you uploaded for my HyperV hosts.
