We have the same issue. Some Google classes have last years pupils and this years. All correct in SIMS so clearly an issue with Wonde. Raised today with Wonde and waiting for them to investigate.

We have just had Kyocera 5003i MFDs installed and using Papercut. The timeout for a papercut user authenticating on the MFD panel seems to be set to 60 secs. We normally set the timeout to 30 seconds. On the papercut website it says to change the "Panel Reset Timer" but changing this has no affect, besides which on the Kyocera the Panel Reset Timer is set to 90 secs which doesn't correlate to the 60 secs timeout we are getting. Does anyone know how to set the timeout to 30 secs please on a Kyocera?

Did you manage to find a solution for this? We are still struggling and the issue seems to be spreading with more computers affected!!

Have any schools that use https://replit.com/ found that it crashes? Our IT Teachers are saying that the site crashes when they try to use it with a few classes.

Thanks Paul - Does Erasing data not affect the "recent users" list when trying to find out who last used the Chromebook?

For those using shared Chromebooks do you set "Erase Local Data" in the Admin Console? We are getting some Chromebooks where disk space is critically low. According to Google "Erase Local Data" should not be the default and is not suitable for most deployments.

Have you looked at RDS Remote Apps? We have Remote Apps set up and prevent users from uploading or downloading data from/to personal devices.

We currently have a Ruckus system in place. We are moving to 1:1 over the next few years so want to make sure our Wireless coverage will be up to the job. Any recommendations on a company that can come in to do a WiFi coverage survey for us?
