  2. exclaimer is good but there have been issue with this on exch servers, not all , depends on env to env. olk signatures stay local, the nearest you get will be a transport rule.
  3. load balance smtp ? Client connections?
  4. That would be the oab not working, has this ever worked?
  5. I think ashared namespace will help if the the non-exchange system can accept this type of setup which I suspect it should.
  6. You can set the maximum recipients on the mailbox for those users to x As for the pop, mailtips may help you here. But they dont popup just on top of your message.
  7. Just re-read the post again, which errors are you getting and for what users/pc's? Have you narrowed down the issue?
  8. Can you create additional DB and spread the mbx across and test or is that too much?
  9. How many DB do you have? Can you split the DB and move mailboxes across to them and try a backup?
  10. What's the size of your edb file? Do you need brick levels backups or not?
  11. Yes you can, exch has 1 to 1 relationship with an AD forest.
  12. Check the above link posted by Domino
  13. Seems like an issue with the credentials, have you seen the backupexec documentation?
  14. How to raise Active Directory domain and forest functional levels
  15. You need a BES server or if you're trying to sync a BB with Exch using active sync then you will need the EAS app for a BB. Alternative is to use the browser and use OWA on the BB.
  16. Will try and test tomorrow, if it's urgent you may want to temp, schedule a task to run every x hours/days etc which does this.
  17. I referring to public folders...you may not want to go down that route?
  18. The closest you can get to this natively is the automap feature. Create a shared mailbox, explicitly give users full mailbox access, I assume you;re using OLK 2010 or OLK 2007 SP2, when they login they get access to the mailbox. HOWEVER it;s everything and not just the calendar. You could us a PF calendar?
  19. Single server with all roles? Top 6 users? How were these identified? Exmon? Anything in the app logs? Could be these users have a pluggin in OLK? Mobile Devies?
  20. Would it be easier if you just contacted sales directly?
  21. i have, no issues so far
  22. https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Test
