  1. What authentication did you set. Did yu configure this in the Outlook profile (via mail applet)? https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ - Test OA
  2. Can you repair the OLK profile and test and create a new one and test. How many CAS servers do you have? Have you done an IISREST?
  3. It depends how it's been setup, also how you're connecting, from home I would assume OA. You need to find out otherwsie you wouldn't know hot to setup OLK.
  4. Did you set the tarpit level Try Set-ReceiveConnector "SERVER\Internet" -TarpitInterval 00:00:00 (Do this from the Exchange shell). Those MX records wont make a difference if set correctly.
  5. Exch version? OLK Client?
  6. This may help - Save Sent Items in owner’s mailbox | MSOutlook.info
  7. 1. Did you receive that message? It seems like it was accepted from [email protected] (which I assume is the external address)? 2. Try Set-ReceiveConnector "SERVER\Internet" -TarpitInterval 00:00:00 (Do this from the Exchange shell).
  8. Send via hotmail and you should see if a connection attempt is made.
  9. You do have the Exchange Management Console right, go there and on the connector change to verbose.
  10. Was that test above going to your Exch server or the IMAP? Can you send an email and see if it hits Exchange, have a look at the logs
  11. OK, so what happens if you send an email from say hotmail? Do you get an NDR? Connector logging on yet?
  12. Can you post the results?
  13. You are selecting the Internet Inbound Test?
  14. Not the SBS wizrad, this - https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Connector logging is is as per post above, that still applies to SBS.
  15. That looks OK. What test did you do? From the RCA did you do the internet inbound? Connector logging?
  16. Bounced? Do you get an NDR? Can you post?
  17. Results from the test?
  18. Start with this - https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Seems like an issue with port forwarding. Also, up the logging on the receive connector. - Configure Protocol Logging: Exchange 2010 Help Also run Get-ReceiveConnector | fl and post the results (do from EMS).
  19. Search-Mailbox is the command that you now use not the export cmdlet. Search For and Delete Messages from Users' Mailboxes
  20. Depending on the version of exchange yes. But by default all are allowed? How are you connecting to Exch? OA? What version?
  21. What calendar is being shared? A shared mailbox or do you generall mean you dont want this user to be able to see ANYONE else's calendar? By default this user will see everyone's free/busy.
  22. yep, youre right,
  23. Agree with AngeyTechnician. If it's only 1 user why not get them on Exch straight away, the cost is probably not worth it.
  24. Doing this natively with Exch 2003 isn't possible as it is with Exch 2007/2010 using transport rules. An archive event sink MAY work but you will need to create a custom script around to do this, using the archive event sink on it's own wont work. Got budget for a gateway? You could use a 2010 Edge server and you the transport rules on that if you wish.
