  1. SP does has Address Book Polices which you can use - Understanding Address Book Policies: Exchange 2010 Help
  2. Can't see how you can do this as the account htey are using will have full access permissions, i.e the self account. You need to move away from a a generic account and give them account and setup delegates or maybe used sharepoint or public folders.
  3. Have you got a Exchange mailbox? Do you have activesync published?
  4. You can sync your mailbox calendar to your device using activesync, but I dont think you can sync your personal calendar on your device to OWA.
  5. Not entirely, there can be issue with cache mode but this is something I wouldn't rule out. Can you post a screen shot of the mailbox to include the folder list pane? You can have 1 calendar for the primary mailbox so it seems like that you may be using a PST.
  6. It should but are you sure the calendar is creaetd in the mailboc and not the PST?
  7. Shared calendars? Where are they created? Locally in a PST file or a shared mailbox?
  8. While Outlook is running, click the CTRL key and then right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray and then select Test Email Autoconfiguration. When the tool opens, please tick "use AutoDiscover" and leave the other two unchecked. Confirm that your email address is in the address field, then click the test button. Once it runs, please check the "Results",you can see the OAB url, please check whether it is correct.
  9. Whoops, sorry, thanks for the correction
  10. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2661854
  11. check to see in the OLF profile if the option to use Outlook Anywhere is slected or RPC/HTTP
  12. That shared calendar/mailbox, I assume is on 2003?
  13. Is it just logging onto a workstation like Win 7? I can login with a apostrophe in the username. Win 7 * W2k8R2
  14. What use is the 2007 server if the mailboxes are on 2003? Do you actually have connectivity to 2007, ie. can you confiure OLK with a mailbox on 2007 and use it? OLK uses autodiscover and get's this info from AD. I cant see how this is possible unless the 2007 & 2003 exch servers are installed in the same AD domain/Forest? Also, check to see in the OLF profile if the option to use Outlook Anywhere is slected or RPC/HTTP.
  15. Not too sure what LGFL 2.0 is? But are you sure you're connecting to 2003?
  16. if fope is free then i would use that, or you could deploy an edge server in the dmz if you wish for email screening.
  17. you will have to do that everytime you renew the cert; I prefer to deploy a single cert on the server rather than to x pc's
  18. Archive DG? What do you mean, they just contain users not data.
  19. Setup a internal CA a get the cert or get a free cert 3rd party and use that, ensure you have the correct names. Security warning when you start Outlook 2007 and then connect to a mailbox that is hosted on a server that is running Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2010: "The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the sit If you're not publishing any services externally then I would just use an internal CA.
  20. Sorry, I havent, no idea where they are, can you try again?
  21. Sorry, do you actually still have a issue now or not?
  22. Can you check a few of the messages in the queue and check the headers to see who the sender/receiver is? ANd checlk IP info
  23. I just done a look up and it's fine. No blacklists. Can you change DNS servers used by your ISP?
  24. For the blacklist, yu will have to contact each and check the process with them it can take some time.
