We have the dictation feature working with read&write , it uses the microsoft/bing services afaik. Why they can't improve that if they are outsourcing the dictation and having a live internet connection is beyond me.

SharePoint groups are so much easier now when the old owner has been using it properly, new owner has all the files, emails (and email aliases), things like Microsoft Forms, automated flows, calendars, external services that sync using that group add them to SSO so they can sign into it.

Can they do any internet traffic at all or internal sites? , Could be you are on a different VLAN and its untagged for some users on those APs allowingconnection but no traffic
