  18. MFA mainly , at the moment MFA is "where possible" in a section about complex passwords, I think it should be MFA enforced everywhere and let people keep a password that doesn't expire and allow simpler passwords.
  19. Does the web site certificate show the "real" authority after disabling https inspection? Might be trying to build a websocket with the destination only referenced in some JavaScript maybe Also the real time web filter logs should show what is being blocked

  22. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-forms/admin-information Without password might be possible to disable the account, remove Forms related licences and transfer ownership to a Group preferably, then share it back to the original user so they have access, enable account, give back licences. Might take a few hours for Microsoft servers to catch up.
  23. Sounds like you could use the photographs under Public task The ICO has some good stuff on their site https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/uk-gdpr-guidance-and-resources/lawful-basis/lawful-basis-interactive-guidance-tool/ From trying it I get the thought of What purposes did staff think the Photos were going to be used for when they were originally taken Be proactive and transparent about what is happening even if you are not required to obtain explicit consent to use these Photos "Public authorities, employers and other organisations in a position of power over individuals may find it more difficult (although not impossible) to rely on consent. They need to take extra care to show that consent is freely given, and should avoid over-reliance on consent."
  24. laptop with HDMI going to a Switch box then to projector. Ours are all PowerPoint so we ask them to share with our [email protected] account , that way we can sign into the laptop with a local account and sign into Desktop PowerPoint with the presenter@ account , open it and run through it 15 minutes before Assembly checking sound, videos all work and the slides click through with the clicker ok. Otherwise they can sign in as themselves and do the same if they feel comfortable
  25. Synnovis went live with a Laboratory Information Management System in October 2023 which consolidated multiple systems at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS FT, and King’s College Hospital NHS FT, into one. https://www.digitalhealth.net/2024/06/critical-incident-at-synnovis-disrupts-pathology-services-across-se-london/ Article made me think it was the hospital computer systems being hit through a connection to Synnovs , but its Synnovs who are down and then operations, blood transfusions etc can't take place.
