We also offer, for the first time a Windows based version so you can plan lessons in advance. As well as an expandable canvas one of the big step forwards with EZWrite 6 is that it enables you to open .iwb files. So if you do have old IWB content, you can either save as a .iwb file (or depending on source software - "export" as a .iwb file). All of the screens above, upon registration, are also covered by a 5 year de/re-install warranty, giving you peace of mind. Hi, happy to confirm the BenQ screens work seamlessly with Mac. If you use a direct cable connection there is no latency. We do offer a casting solution (utilising your existing network) that will support touchback. There are two groups of inputs on the side, each group has its own USB 3 Type B touch input (backwards compatible with USB 3 Type B). If use USB 3 from start to finish you can access the built in microphones (on RM03 series) and if connected a webcam from the PC. There is a separate connection on the front with HDMI, USB C with a dedicated touch port (designed around someone walking up and connecting). The multi input ports were put in place so that you can have 2 devices set up (fixed PC and a laptop connection) without needing to amend connections on the screen. In a lot of installs these go through wall plates. Hi, I'd be happy to give you an overview of the BenQ portfolio. We have several 75" screens in our range (RE, RM, RP); all are 4K, Anti-Glare and have low blue light / flicker-free mode. With our RM & RP screens we also have antibacterial coatings on the screen. All of the screens are covered with a 3 year de/re-install warranty (65" and above, register within 30 days of purchase and this becomes 5 year de/re-install). Hi Thimon, Currently you would need to use the arrows at the lower right hand corner of the screen (after you have added pages). Do you mean you would like to navigate back and forth with the cursor keys on the keyboard? Chris.

Hi, There is an MSI in the works, but currently it is per email address. I can provide a "demo" version that needs no license but this version won't get updates. It could then be swapped when the MSI is released. If that's of interest, drop me your email address and I'll send it over.

It is free and although in its infancy, it does feature a 300% scalable canvas & will open .iwb & .notebook files. You may find some of the assets don't transfer over, however you may find this useful. You can download and register for the free license here - https://www.benq.com/en-ap/business/ifp/ezwrite-6.html (localised landing page due shortly, but this will work). It is new software and is being developed for all the time. Any questions let me know.

Hi, Could you let me know firmware version and serial number please. Just to confirm the boards are connected to the internet and the issues are both experienced in Android and when using Windows?

I may be biased, but I can very much vouch for the BenQ Mobiuz range. If your budget stretches to it I would look at the BenQ EX2780Q, fantastic on the Series X. Control Ultimate Edition is out of this world at 1440p.

Hi, happy to provide a remote demo on the RE7501 or if required an onsite demo. On the RE7501, instead of integrated soundbar/pen tray you have built in speakers and magnetic pen tray and the panel is 4K UHD but the Android runs at 1080p and is upscaled. Hi, Should you have any questions regarding interactive touchscreens I'd be more than happy to assist, we have touch screens available from 55" through to 86". We could also arrange a demo if this would be of benefit. As for software we supply Oktopus but any Windows based software will work with our boards which also feature an Android OS including an Android Whiteboard and floating toolbar tools. Some additional features are anti-bacterial coating*, anti glare coating, integrated soundbar*, 4k panel, driver free with PC, MAC, Chromebook, reinforced tempered glass & 5 year warranty on 65" and above (if registered within 30 days of purchase). Hi, Can you drop me a message detailing the model of projector you have and the adapter you are using. The image should be able to fill the screen, only reason why it wouldn't is if the adapter itself is sending a 1080p image regardless of what resolution it is receiving. Chris

We have a range of 75" interactive touchscreens all with 5 year on-site warranty, all are 4K and have an accounts system, the RP series also has an anti-bacterial coating. All of them also entitle to you a piece of Windows software called Oktopus which will allow you to open .iwb & .notebook files. If I can be of any further assistance or support please let me know. One other thing to think about, which I'm sure you are already aware of, where possible try and match the aspect ratio to the projector/screen, in most cases screens will be 16:9, you really do get a much higher quality picture if the aspect ratio matches.
