Unfortunately recent new rules mean that unless your school pays an additional maintenance subscription i.e. Smartnotebook Advantage licence, you cannot access smarttech support directly, but rely instead on their standard FAQs

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I don't have a 'test' machine to try out the software. I'm also running windows 7 so I don't actually know if the smart notebook 11.4 runs ok on windows 8.1 Perhaps you could test it for me? You can download a trial version of the software at smarttech.com

Hi, Does anybody know whether Smart Notebook software version 11.4 will be compatible with Windows 10 when it is released in July this year?
