Hi, happy to answer any questions on the BenQ, the RM5501K you have mentioned includes a wall bracket and in the Android OS there is a whiteboard mode called EZWrite, this includes shape and handwriting modes. If you wanted a more comprehensive whiteboard software we also iffer an FOC license to Oktopus which runs on a PC, thiw will open .Notebook & .iwb files and give you all the tools you'd expect from a whiteboard, the license is free. Hello, I had this question asked just last week, hopefully I can shed some light on it. It is linked to the software not utilising HID drivers correctly, however I can provide some tips. It is model dependent. If you are using RMXX01K screens you CANNOT use the built in Android browser. If you are using RPXX01K screens you CANNOT use the built in Android browser, however if you download the Firefox browser you can use this If you are using a Windows 10 PC you CANNOT use Edge, however you can use Chrome. The issues are more than just the browser, they will be linked to how the software ustilises the HID drivers Is the software flash based? As this will be phased out in Chrome from December 2020. Hi, I can advise on the BenQ screens, both interactive (RP, RM) and signage screens (ST), none of our Android panels have access to the PlayStore so you cannot install traditional apps. On both thypes of panel we have our own BenQ Suggest App store which only have appropriate apps, on the interactive there are specific educational apps. It is possible to side loads apps (if you know the code and process) however you require the .apk file. If you'd like to see a product do let me know and we'll see what we can arrange. Hi there, Hopefully I can shed some light on the subject for you. In order to cast to the screen from an Android device, iOS device, Chromebook, PC or MAC you would be utilising the "InstaQshare" functionality. For this to work you will the devices on the same network. In theory your LAN could be on the same network as your wireless however in most cases the LAN network is separate to any wireless networks. So in most cases you connect the panel to the same wireless network as your devices (though you can configure your network to exist together). I can confirm that InstaQshare comes pre-loaded on the panel. QCast is something completely different and you would only need something like this if you were using an older product without InstaQshare installed or something without any kind of OS (such as a projector or monitor). As for the wireless dongle (which is something that you would need in order to connect the BenQ panel to an existing wireless network) we have made things a bit more simple by having our own dongle. We now have two wireless dongles, below are the interactive panels and which wireless dongle works.
