They stealthilty added the accesibility link at the foot of the page. When an admin goes to that page it gives you notes on what to change etc then you have to publish, until you do this the page on the Juniper sites shows as a blank page.

I filled in the form for a call back and informed them we don't want it. It's literally just the link they have put on the footer of your page (they have actually already done it - said it will be now removed!), which is just a copy and paste from the gov.uk site with a few notes added. The other bit they were trying to sell was about notifications when policies go out of date (we use Every for this). I've just copied the text from the accessibility statement and put it onto a different page on our Website, ridiculous, I hope nobody pays this.

What specific model are people purchasing for these and what kind of price are you looking at? I'm looking to upgrade some of our admin staff from ad-hoc dual screen setups to 24" matched screens, but looking at the Dell Ultrasharps they are coming in at £230+ a screen, and the dual monitor mount is £100+. Seems expensive?

We got a batch of iPads from the DFE last month and I used the Computacenter Reseller ID to get these into ASM - COMPUTACENTER (UK) LTD (892F050). I've just received a second batch of iPads, however these have not appeared in our ASM despite putting our ASM Organisation ID into the order. I tried also adding a reseller ID from another thread, XMA LIMITED (354BF80) but this didn't help. Is there anything that I am missing or will I need to raise a ticket and wait 5 days for them to get back to me?

Did you resolve this? We are having the same issue on machines that do not have SMART installed.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, did anyone manage to get this done ok without having to pay for it to be done? We would be going from a 2008R2/SQL 2012 VM to a new Server 2016/SQL2016 VM. I have the new VM setup with SQL installed. Any tips / pointers if you have done this please?

We are looking to replace an ageing SMART setup (UF55/SB660). We replaced two of these setups with BenQ RP653's last year which we have been happy with but the model is no longer sold. I have been looking at BenQ RM6501K & BenQ RP6501K, is the RP worth the extra money? I have seen that people have had issues with the RP653K, are these issues still present in these models? Also looked at the SMART MX265 but this comes in much more expensive and I'm not sure it's worth the additional expense? Does anyone have experience with any of these and able to provide some guidance? We do use SMART notebook but it isn't extensively used and it is the 11.4 version we have. Thanks.

We have also been looking to replace a couple of our Ageing SMART (UF55 & SB660s) setups with display screens. I was set on getting the SMART 4065's but we are struggling to find stock with them being EOL. How do the BenQ screens compare, the Clevertouches are a little out of our price range.

I've just tested on an old iPad 2, IOS 9.3.5. I exported a Movie from iMovie (2.2.3) and when trying to upload to HAP+ app I still get the upload then refresh issue. Again if I just record on the iPad and then attempt to upload the video I have recorded it uploads fine. So it looks like the same issue as when using the iPads that are on the latest IOS. Not sure if there has been a recent update to iMovie maybe?

I've only just found this app and started using it with some staff members this week, and I must say it's fantastic, the feedback has been great! Just one issue we are having at present is when trying to upload videos from the iPads. If I record a video and upload this works fine. However, if I try to upload a video that has been exported from iMovie it looks like it starts to upload then just refreshes and doesn't upload the video. Are you aware of the issue / is there a workaround? Great work on the app!

Thanks for the quick response, this seems to be how it gets set when I used the Web Interface, I have tried removing the , manually but this make no difference, the Y drive is set to "All" but doesn't work for uploads / edits either. I can however upload/edit fine on the shared droves if I login with a Domain Admin Account

Sorry to hijack an old thread but I am having a similar issue. We've been using HAP+ for a few months now with staff having access to their home drive, however they now want access to the shared drives. I've added this access and the drives show up fine, but they can't upload / edit documents on the shared drive (they can do this fine on their home drives). I've tried setting the permissions to all but this does not seem to make any difference. Below is what I have set at present, the N Drive works fine, both the shared drives are visible and documents can be downloaded, but no edits / uploads can be made at present which is what I would like to achieve. %homedir% \\server\Media \\server\Shared Resources

Sorry to dredge up a very old thread, we have exactly the same issue as explained above and I cannot find a way to disable 'Enable multi-touch gestures and inking' either via register or GPO. I can disable using an admin account but when a student logs back in it is enabled again. Student can untick this but it does not stay disabled for them so multi touch remains on. Any ideas please?
