I do enjoy GTA5 on PC and will play it at some point with you guys, I was just busy last night... (And probably will be tonight too!)

Supposedly, there's one in the glove compartment, alongside a copy of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy!

The only handheld games console I currently own, and the only one I'll ever need: That doesn't mean I haven't been tempted by a Switch, though...

Had some fun with my mate in Sea of Thieves over the weekend. The exploration factor is fun and working out where the loot is from a map is fun, too. That was until we bumped into other players. I guess I haven't played an online open world type game for a while so it hit my enjoyment of the game hard when people didn't just want to stand around and play tunes on accordions, instead employing that as a distraction technique for their mate to jump on the ship and attempt to sink it, or for them to line up a headshot behind your back... I'll be playing it again at some point before the beta period ends, but I'll go into it with my expectations of other people lowered and my eyes more open...

I've got the beta, but I've yet to play it. I was also invited to the Technical Alpha on the Xbox, but never tried it as I just never found the time. I've so far refused to play the beta without my mate, who pre-ordered the game but was having issues getting it to run. He managed to start it last night but it was too late for us to start playing. So we'll try it tonight and I'll report back. I've been following Sea of Thieves for a while, though. I'm quite excited about it even if it doesn't have a lot of content (I've racked up hundreds of hours in Elite Dangerous, for example, and many say there's not much content there). I think its real potential is being a chilled out, muckabout with friends kind of game.

It looks like that article has been updated, saying that the major alarm has been lifted, but there are low-level advisories still in place. Good news, because that's scary stuff... EDIT: Ninja'd!

I very rarely used Power Armour but it was always a must-have for adventuring into the Glowing Sea. Also, sometimes, I just liked wandering around representing the Railroad and being a human tank.

Don't forget the staff members who were described as "Smells faintly of cabbage"! The PA lady is definitely one of the more memorable things about the game, I wonder if the new game will have something like it. I think it might be worse off if it didn't!

We use OfficeGreen, who provide the boxes and collects within 5-10 working days (for us, at least). Not entirely sure about their coverage, though.

I got hooked when it released on PC last year, but I never made it through the first year in game. I've tried going back to my old save, but I'm just too far removed from that playthrough and can't remember anything. So I might start again soon

Hi all, Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place but I couldn't work out the best place! A teacher is looking for a "fruit machine" like random data picker which gives him 3 results. There seem to be plenty of random data pickers when we did a Google search but they only output one result every time. Here's his email explanation if that makes it any clearer: Does anyone know of any tools that do this or have any ideas how to make something that would work like this? Thanks in advance!

I played the single-player on Xbox 360, and whilst I started again on PC, I never got around to finishing it. It's a good story, though! Yeah, my friends and I played it last week when the latest DLC released, but as always, the paywall to get the equipment and locations is just ridiculous. No wonder Rockstar haven't made any single-player DLCs like GTA4's offerings, they're too busy making a killing on GTA Online!

GTA Online is much more fun when you start a closed friend/crew session and play with said friends, in my opinion! Playing in open lobbies is a nightmare. It's quite irritating that all of the big add-ons which cost a fortune to get started with (such as the business thing and the biker gang thing and all of that) forces you into those games.

Well, I was going to re-download Fallout 4 and all the mods last night, and I set the game to download before falling asleep in my chair whilst watching a video. Best laid plans and all that...

Oh yes, that sounds like the ticket! Thanks for the heads-up. There was another called Fallout Lonestar that was in development for New Vegas before Fallout 4 was announced. The devs then decided to wait until Fallout 4, but have since gone dark. Yep, I may have to dust it off (virtually) later on and re-download the old collection of mods I had.

I kinda want to play Fallout 4 again now... I take a peek every so often at the latest mods but I'm still waiting for those big DLC-like new lands/quest-line mods like the ones that appeared for Fallout 3 and New Vegas before Fallout 4 released.

I definitely need to get that working on my PC!

This year in games promised a lot, but has been quite disappointing. I guess that may just be me focusing on the big names like Battlefront II, Shadow of War and Mass Effect: Andromeda, but I was really looking forward to them and they either didn't deliver or had dubious microtransactions piled on to them... From what I've played: 1) Divinity: Original Sin 2 2) Destiny 2 3) Forza Motorsport 7 I had a lot of fun with Human Fall Flat over the weekend, as well. DiRT 4 is an honorary mention for racing game, and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds also deserves a mention, although I haven't played a lot of it. I've played a fair amount of Call of Duty: World War II but I've only really played the multiplayer. EDIT: Wolfenstein 2 probably would've featured, if I could get it to stop crashing at exactly the same point during the intro sequence...

I would definitely recommend the OnePlus 5T. I posted my first impressions of the phone here. Good luck with the search!

Our primary school has just reported their connection has dropped out.

I saw Star Wars Ep 8 yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. There was one big plot hole, but I'm not sure if I missed something or not. I might have to see it again to check. On the whole, it was very good in my opinion, and different too!

I can't recommend Yamaha enough. The one and only bass I own is the bass I started out on, an RBX 170, which at the time was the cheapest bass of their cheapest range. I've had it for years now and I've had very few problems with it, and it's solidly built. Great sound, too!
