Sophos Central and Intercept X now free for LGfL Schools

Well I have spent most of this week migrating all of my clients over to Sophos Central and it has gone relatively smoothly, no major issues and Sophos central is a lot easier to manage that SEC in my opinion. The migration tool handles most of the switch for you all I've really had to do is turn laptops on to get them updating, I could have waited for them to be used next but I want everything moved over ASAP. -
Can you stream it to a private youtube or twitch stream and embed the code for that on the site?
-
I normally use a laptop with a webcam connected and stream via VLC

I'm looking in to getting this faulty one repaired but if not I've found a refurb with warranty but that's still £550
-
I read that it had effected less than 300,000 computers worldwide, that doesn't seem very many.

Has anyone replaced a Smart UF70 projector with another ultra short throw projector and if so what make and did/do you have any problems with it? I have 4 of these left in the school and they are causing me all sorts of issues but I don't have the budget to replace them with interactive displays to bring them in line with the rest of the school.

Looks a lot like the Cunning stunts addition to GTA online, I was looking at getting it but I wasn't sure if it'd be another Blizzard mountain that I'd play for a couple of hours and not go back to.

I've always gone to my usual suppliers for parts, most of the places you buy the hardware from in the first place should also be able to get parts for them.

A cloud migration tool has shown up in my LGFL downloads No configuration documentation on it as yet though. -
I normally go with a DoD 5220-22.M erase and it takes a couple of hours.

Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2 last night, was really looking forward to it after hearing good reviews from friends and being a fan of the first one, I came out feeling pretty disappointed to be honest, it's nowhere near as good as the first one IMO and the story was a bit weak.
-
I'd be interested to know if there is a solution too, I've lost count of the number of times I've booted up a laptop to see huge desktop icons.

Ctrl-Alt-End doesn't work in iTalc I've found that if I used Ctrl-Alt-Del it will after a couple of goes send through to the remote machine.

Can't say I've noticed any issues like the ones people are having on the Virgin Media forums, I'm looking on ebay now for Superhub 2AC's, might be worth having one as a backup as long as VM will register it to my account if things do get bad.

Solus works fine here

I don't think I've had major update to Windows 10 that hasn't broken something so my advice would be to thoroughly test updates well in advance of allowing the rest of the school to get them. First update killed the drivers on all my DVD drives, second update made the computers crash when the visualiser was used, Not found what's broken in the latest update hence it's still only installed on my PC

Under the coffee cup was the normal response. -
Finally gave in and bought Minecraft on the xbox last night. I understand they've had to simplify the crafting for consoles but coming from only ever playing it on PC before it's so confusing.
-
Went very smoothly for me, not a single error but I think that's because I already had live protection enabled.

It's all a blur to my ageing brain at this point -
I'm always a bit weary of backing up photos in the cloud, I've heard that their "questionable content filtering" can be a bit over zealous and delete picture that it's algorithm decides to be in breach of their terms of service when they're just pictures of your family beach holiday in Benidorm. I'd hate to lose photos of my kids because or some filtering error.
