Hi all, We are using the smoothwall source exceptions to bypass the filtering for a bunch of things around our place, like translator pens, home assistant devices, raspberry pi's and some heating controllers. At first, the list was easy to manage but after a while, having 100 records in one long list is getting out of hand. Is it possible to group them in any way? For example: Raspberry Pi's xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Home Assistant Devices xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx I tried doing a location group with the IP's included and then making a policy as "do not inspect" but that isn't working. Any ideas? Cheers

Hi, We're having a peculiar issue regarding teams, it's regarding chatting with students. So for example, I am unable to find [email protected] through my teams but my colleague can? I have checked the account of the student and everything is correct, licenses, permissions, groups etc.. Even in classes they are able to communicate. I do have the setting "scope directory search using an exchange address book policy". Any ideas? Cheers

Hi, We recently acquired a lovely new interactive panel for our meeting room, a ViewSonic IFP6552-1A. I also got a camera with it for Teams meetings and so on. So the issue is- I can't seem to install any apps on the board. I have a selection of APK's but none seem to work. I double tap, click install, it does something and then says "App not installed", no other error. I have followed the guide below: How to install custom apps in the Android module for IFP50 series displays : ViewSonic Customer Care (freshdesk.com) I did everything as per the guide to no avail. Any ideas? I contacted ViewSonic directly but it might take time before they reply. Thanks

Hi all, I am really hoping someone could shed some light on an issue we've been having for quite a while. I reckon it was maybe in June/July, all of a sudden ALL of our student machines pop up with this: In a nutshell, this is an issue for every single device because no matter if I update it on my profile or local admin profile, this pop up every time a student logs on. It's causing delays in learning and so far we had to resolve to using Teams Online (not ideal). There is a "solution" here: Teams needs an update issue - WinCert The solution above is really out of the question because I cannot do every single computer manually. So far I have tried doing the things below: -Deploy the latest Teams.msi via SCCM -Deploy Teams via the O365 Packager Both of them give me the same results. There was a solution that the shortcut for Teams should be this so that it invokes the update as soon as it launches: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Update.exe --processStart "Teams.exe" but that doesn't work either. So my plea, is there a way around this? Would appreciate all the help... Cheers

We had a similar issue at our site when we had ALL of our units go offline. Well, you could still ping them but they were not responding to any commands. We fixed it by going to Configuration Utility on the server, TCP/IP tab, select all units and click "detect". That worked for us.

Honestly if I were you I'd barge in there without asking for any permission. The level of incomptence they have shown is off the chart. You are talking about important equipment here. Your involvment in all of this is justified. Don't be afraid to take charge here.

Nothing in the logs. Just vdisk scrubs and checks. No warnings at all. Couldn't find anything in the CLI either.

Hi, Today I logged on to our SAN and it states that it's "degraded". I checked everything, including CLI and it reports nothing. All vdisks are okay, so are the PSUs and controllers. It's a little bit slow on logon though and I get disconnected from time to time. Any ideas that might cause this? Thanks

Hi all, We are experiencing a really weird issue with a mailbox. We have a cover email that is full managed by 5 people. They use Outlook 2016 to manage that inbox. After they came back from half term the mailbox is empty in Outlook 2016 but all emails are in the OWA. I already tried re-adding those users but that didn't seem to help. Thanks

If you're worried, try Microsoft Forms if you have O365 for Education. Data stored in Ireland.
