Hi there! We have a bunch of ACU that went offline 10 days ago. Every one of them is connected directly to the server. When this issue happened in the past, i was able to put the ACU online by resetting them manually (going to the ACU, disconnecting them from power and connecting them again), but in this case the only thing i get is a brief ACU online message in NET2 client, but after 30 seconds It gets to ACU not responding state again. I dont know what could be happening here, Could you give me any hint? Best regards
