I only recently stopped playing it as I was a bit bored of it to be honest, the DLC stuff is good but hasn't held my interest, the Open Beta for Ghost Recon Wildlands starts tomorrow and continues over the weekend, that has a very similar feel to it and the Division and I enjoyed the closed beta so I'm probably going to move over to that.

How very dare you! Classic.

Everything was rented back then, I didn't know anyone that actually owned their telly, they were all rented, my Nan's TV even had a coin slot that you had to feed when you wanted to watch something.

The last MS exam I did was on Installing and Managing server 2012 a good few years ago and the answers to the questions were all very similar, not as easy as the ipconfig example above but rather a good couple of sentences that all looked very similar with just slight variations in wording.

Simulations are different, if you are sitting their multiple choice exams then you have 4 very similar answers 3 of which will accomplish the task but only one is the "Microsoft" correct way.

I found that my hands on experience put me at a disadvantage when sitting Microsoft exams, after all there's the way everyone does it and there's the way Microsoft says you should do it.

I knew it was one or the other, a friend restored one and he always referred to it as the Beta.

ah that would be the Lancia Beta

It would make so much sense to use The Division cover and controls, the number of times I ended up going prone when I wanted to jump over something because the controls on Wildlands are the opposite from The Division. The Bots were a bit pants in that respect but you could tell them to attack on the action wheel which seemed to work in situations where stealth was compromised.

Ah it's the receiver unit for the Sega Menacer

it looks like a seatbelt clip but I don't think that would qualify as the tech required for this thread. Is it a cartridge of some sort?

I love how everyone had one but can't remember the name of it, I was the same it took me a good few minutes of googling before I found what it was called and my Mum used to do the PR for the division of the company that made these, so you'd think I'd know considering I had like 5 or 6 of them.

Is that for connecting a USB printer to the network?
-
It does look like that type of thing but as @Dos_Box guessed it was off of a Vectrex.
-
no, I wish! I mean it's on my "to own" bucket list too.

is that some sort of noughts and crosses game?
