How about shared ipads? At the moment, pupils log in through a smoothwall page. Is there a better way? I looked at the whole shared ipad apple setup but I keep hitting hurdles along the way so knocked that on the head.

The biggest change for us will be the ability to switch organisations like the mobile app. Why they left that out of the desktop version up to now I don't know.

Same here for recording inventory. We also use CRBS for an actual booking system for these type of things.

I just stick with the legacy photos app which has the video editor included, as Clipchamp seems to be some weird upsell version that Microsoft is trying to push Microsoft Photos Legacy - Microsoft Store Apps

If Openshot is too complicated and Movie maker is too simple the only other one is maybe Photos legacy? That might be too simple again.

I said I still wasn't happy and they came back again with £24 a month for the 18 months, so I accepted.

Yeah I told Virgin to cancel the contract, they did but then gave me a competitive offer so staying with them now.

My experience Konica - Initially good but the printers fell apart 3 years into a 5 year contract. Toner replacements were easy. Accounting was a nightmare. AM was absent and would only answer calls when contracts were expiring or we needed additional equipment. Ricoh - Good reliability. Toner replacements good. Never had an issue with them but we've had to look elsewhere for our most recent contract due to a lack of stock. Canon - Feel and look cheap, had issues with drivers, I'm sure this is an issue with most but toners have no chips in so cannot judge toner levels and cannot auto replenish. We looked at HP for our latest contract too however we couldn't justify the cost. If I had to choose again, I'd go Ricoh.
