  1. You may be in a 3 yr agreement, but you're invoiced annually. We get quotes every year (because I'm made to as it's over £1000) so have to go out to resellers anyway. You then just raise a PO to your new reseller. Historically, in no order of preference, we've used RM, Softcat, Concorde and Millgate for Microsoft licensing quotes and services, and all have "experts", that sometimes differ in opinion so therefore price! I'm not expert enough to say who's right or wrong, so keep a record of all correspondence.
  2. Every school has them, it's a bit of a misleading email and (in my opinion) a scam.
  3. No you have to add on an Enterprise Mobility Security thing to qualify but for us it was more economical as we have 1600 students/potential InTune users for only 122 Mobility licences .
  4. We've got around 200 in the old "free" Meraki, but now the rest (800 so far?) we're using InTune linked to our Microsoft OVS agreement. As this is done on FTE (then students free), it works out cheaper than the others we looked at and is in Azure Web.
  5. This is a drawer, not a draw, shirley?

Go back to the original, Scanner Redacted. I'm sticking with that.

Silent update of scanner, that turned out to be only half baked. Then they released a "redacted" version of the old one til the new one works fully. Typical Niantic really....

Anyone else still playing? L16 Res here. Semi Retired!
  10. Just ordered, thanks!
  11. Not sure I'm worthy, but free is free, right? HP ENVY Curved 34-b100na All-in-One Desktop PC, Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 2TB HDD + 512GB PCIe SSD, NVIDIA GTX 1050, 34" Quad HD Enhances productivity no end! ;-)
  12. WiFi/Bluetooth dongle, or a wired scanner? Carista works well as a general one, with a free months trial of all features then subscription. Dongle that connects to phone. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Carista-Bluetooth-OBD2-Adapter-App/dp/B00YVHGTBM I have a VW, so have the full VCDS laptop business, but that's £200 and VAG specific. My dad has just bought a £20 scanner for his Vitara off ebay that actually works fine. Best bet is to find a model specific forum or Facebook group, and they'll tell you the best to get.
  13. Yes, day after
  14. I thought they emailed the invoice later, they do to us for paid purchases? The invoice came from Apple though, not iTunes Store
  15. We have a cohort gong to look specifically at MIS, mainly Bromcom, so some guarantee they'll be there would be good.
  16. My dad lives in a fibre free village, at the end of a phone line from the exchange. 1.5mb is the best he gets at the moment. 5G may solve his issues. Ironically, across the road are on a different exchange and have Infinity.........
  17. We've changed providers and reduced FTE in our 3 yer agreement.
  18. Don't know if it affects the whole range, she's got the cheapest one, but it's insanely slow!
  19. My daughter has the Moto G6 PLAY variant, and this has massive shutter lag, so stick away from this particular one.
  20. Similarly, I've just ordered a Vernee M8 Pro as a "backup", as my Samsung S8 is technically works. https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vernee-m8-pro/
  21. Thanks chaps, just arrived!
  22. Pretty sure that across the sections there are equal numbers these days, if not actually more women.
  23. Just to hijack, I'd be interested in any music apps for these too. I have one , using Poweramp at the minute but it's quite awkward to use with the new design. Also,Head Units are all a bit hit and miss, definitely a tinker required!
  24. Yes please!
