Reporting into the Partnership ICT Support Department you will provide technical support across The Howard Partnership Trust. The roles can be based at any of our secondary schools within The Howard Partnership Trust. Partnership Systems Engineers – The Howard Partnership Trust S7 £23,340 - £27,539pa 36 hours per week/52 weeks per year Based within one of our Partnership Schools The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is currently seeking Systems Engineers to work in a growing IT Team working across the multi-site THPT. This role is a 2nd / 3rd line support role in a multi-disciplinary environment supporting a wide range of systems to include Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server in a technical and operational capacity. This role would suit a highly motivated IT Technician looking for the next step. Ideally you will have: · 2 years + experience in a support role dealing with customers and a range of technical abilities · Experience of supporting systems and applications such as SIMS.net would be desirable but not essential · A good understanding of a network environment utilising Windows 2008/2012, running Active Directory and group policies · Good problem solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure This is an excellent opportunity working in this rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation.
