  1. Yes, getting this also. Out of interest, do you use either Sophos or Cloud Drive Mapper at all?
  2. No. To be fair we have pretty much stopped using teams anyway. It was potentially something that could be done with an A5 licence but we didnt go any further with it.
  3. I would say performance is normal, A couple of times and page just need a refresh to load correctly. Nothing out of the ordinary.
  4. Thanks for reply, Exactly this I did test it using DLP but, when an email might be urgent and no one who can auth it is near by its not worth it.
  5. Afternoon all, Been asked to look in a suggestion that was recently raised during some DPA training. I have had a quick look and not sure its a do-able thing. When any user sends an email from the main school/office account, after clicking send the user is requested/reminded to check the recipents and any attachments to add a barrier to any potentional data breaches and general headaches. The slight complication is some users are via full fat Outlook and others via outlook 365 on the web, Any suggestions?
  6. Good news, all back up and running.
  7. Im talking of your top of the chain for processing the orders, Westcoast and alike.
  8. 100% this, I suspect it was an agreement as resellers were saying, hold on a minute we have to do all this work for nothing???
  9. Maybe, Not had anything back from Bromcom as of yet. We are using the Partner Portal API for this software, and not the external data and users. Not sure if that part has also stopped working.
  10. Yes, Was awaiting for Locker to create a new student who started yesterday, I ran it manually and get this error. 5301 GetServiceEmails 5301 Response error: Unauthorized, Unauthorized Response: {"success":false,"message":"Unauthorized request.","data":null,"errors":null}, Error exception:, Error Message: 5301 GetBromComStudentsAll error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. So would assume it is down or broken.
  11. Comments section worth a read with a custard cream or two https://community.bromcomcloud.com/announcements/post/performance-issues-in-progress-Ah7hUHmlIQPCgo1
  12. 100% agree on the SIMS sentiment there. I suspect looking at the errors this issue is around Azure and App Gateway, Microsoft and their cloud offerings like making sudden changes and patches with little testing which bring down systems of its customers.
  13. Feel your pain, its going to leave a bad impression for the users. Other MIS providers will be rubbing their hands with this one.
  14. Interested to see what they say when they publish what is causing this. But it seems to be linked to increased traffic as schools all log in this morning, was fine before about 7.50 this morning then the trouble started.
  15. Understaning is you would need to get a cloud licence (can run along side your OVS) just for this purpose. Once purchase you will then get a MAK key from that portal to deploy to your machines. They have a learn article on how the MAK keys will be activated. Looks like it will not be supported by KMS server activation. Also waiting news on if the updates can then be pushed via WSUS but that is looking highly un-likely. Just correct that, looks like they say WSUS will support the deployment of Windows 10 ESU updates to correctly licenced machines. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/enable-extended-security-updates#get-the-product-keys-for-activating-extended-security-update-esu-licenses
  16. Not sure if any help, But I followed this guide and it worked wonders. I dont use the Autopilot sequence so just removed it. When imaging is finished it will whinge, get the red error screen, but just close and reboot and you are at the OOBE screen ready to deploy. https://osddeployment.dk/2018/12/08/how-to-deploy-autopilot-device-fast-with-mdt/
  17. Well number 2 would be quite a shocker, however they have just posted this update. Be interesting to see if Microsoft agree and post an incident about the bug. " Microsoft Product Group have confirmed that this is a Bug. They have confirmed that it remains under active investigation but have yet to provide timescales for a fix (ETA) or documentation (RCA). Service restoration remains our priority. We are progressing with the development and testing of a fix that can be supplied to impacted customers. Fix ETA: Dependent on hotfix completion and successful testing. "
  18. I am touching every bit of wood I can see 😄 Not had one report here yet, It seems if your on an affected MS server your in trouble, I would hope they have stopped the rollout and we just happen to be on infrastructure that is not affected. I feel sorry for them, this recent trend of Microsoft just doing changes without testing or notice is getting progressively worse. In a way, at least you have onedrive web at the least to fall back onto.
  19. OSDCloud yeah it works. Sadly I only have a spare slow USB stick so intial setup is really quite slow, I have 10 faster ones coming today. Once it runs through it stores drivers and the OS image on the USB so it shouldnt need to download each time. As all of our kit is HP drivers just install there and then. The most important thing is, it gets a fresh windows 11 image on and sits at the OOBE sceen for me. Also, this morning I found an article (based on Win 10) to create a very simple MDT task to do similar (minus drivers). It actually works, I skipped the 7th step as I didnt want to autopilot just yet, some tweaking of cutsomsettings.ini to EN-GB and UK keyboard and it will image Win 11 as fast as the network card will take it, 2 minute of setup, reboot and the OOBE Is waiting. Good thing is I now have 2 choices to choose from - https://osddeployment.dk/2018/12/08/how-to-deploy-autopilot-device-fast-with-mdt/
  20. Having a go now, Just burning my first attempt with Rufus to USB but constant interuptions and phone calls isnt helping
  21. Thats been in my to look at bookmarks for 12 months, may re-visit again if its not too much of a pain scripting Thanks,
  22. ~Interesting theory, Ill give it a bash Thanks
  23. Hi all, Seen plenty of threads, tried different ways but wonder if I am missing a trick (apart from running a loads of USB memory sticks from the Media Creation Tool) I want to deploy a base Win 11 image to our devices, and have it sit at the OOBE window ready to deploy Autopilot/Stroke intune. I have messed around with MDT using our working Windows 10 task squence, culling it and just adding a simple return to OOBE and shutdown squence, I am getting some errors with Sysprep which is a bit of a PITA but I am sure a few hours and testing again might be ok. However, I am sure you clever people out there know of some shortcuts, I am want to image a load of existing 12th and 13th Gen intel Desktops and Laptops to the simple OOBE window, and let my magical USB stick to the rest Any suggestions welcome.
  24. V3 has been very stable indeed, the odd authentication delay/issue but convinced looking at the logs when they happens its a MS issue and not CDM.
  25. Thats interesting, I am using V3 and just tested its around 15 - 30 seconds on average to update. I noticed that Onedrive Online to CDM is quicker than the other way around. I seem to remember some of their users having their one drive traffic rate limited due to CDM V2 sending large waves of traffic via WebDav to the O365 servers, maybe this feature is to stop that from happening?
