Hi All, I have been asked to find a customer feedback app (free) to use on an iPad. The best solution I have come up with so far is using google apps and then accessing the link via safari. However I could do with a slightly more elegant solution. Does anyone know of an app that can do this? Thanks

Thanks for the responses. Mr_Jimmy you are correct. I have managed to upload folders using File Explorer on IE11. It is shame that you can't drag and drop tho.

Hi All, We are currently looking at Office 365. However we have noticed a flaw, you cannot upload folders using a browser. We are currently using Chrome 40.x and I have read a couple of article saying it is possible to drag and drop folders if you are using chrome. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the case here. Has anyone found a way of uploading folders without using the OneDrive software?

I have tried rebooting configurator and the Macbook but still getting the same error message.

I tried that and it did create a new certificate although when refreshing one of the iPads it returned the error "could not verify supervision state".

Thanks for the reply, I have exported these 2 certificates. I did notice that there is an Apple Configurator certificate that states that it is expired. Should I delete this too? Many Thanks

Hi, I have come to push a new profile out today to our set of 32 iPads and found that the Apple Configurator Certificate has expired. Has anyone else had this issue? I cant seem to find anything on how to renew this certificate. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi all, We purchased a SQL 2014 license however we are no longer upgrading to SQL 2014 but going to SQL 2012 instead. Is it possible for us to downgrade our existing license?

Does anybody know of a free online alternative to OpenCart. The head of ICT asked us to look into App Inventor. Although we are working on it she has decided in the mean time she would like to use OpenCart. However looking at the OpenCart installation process looks like it may also have its own difficulties. Has anybody managed to get OpenCart working on a RM CC4 network or know of any alternatives.

Hi all, We are having an issue with one of our iPads. The iPad is running ios 8.0.2. We are trying to deploy a FileBrowser configuration file by assigning a user using Apple Configurator. However when we attempt to assign a user it fails if our Meraki Management profile option is ticked. The iPads are also taking a long time to refresh and check in/out. Has anybody else had any issue similar to this or have any ideas on how we might be able to resolve this? Thanks in Advance

Hi All, We have a set of 32 iPads. They iPads are running ios 7.1.2 with FileBrowser for business v5.4 being pushed out with Apple Configurator v1.6. We have created a startup.settings file which works when I Assign Users to the ipads. However we need a way of refreshing the iPads so that all photos, documents and any other personalized settings are removed. I can't seem to do this when the iPads have users assigned to them. Is there anyway to keep the settings in FileBrowser while removing all other documents from the iPads. Thanks in Advance

Hi thanks for the replies. It did turn out to be low disk space as there was less than 10% remaning which apparently only effects external e-mails and not internal.

Hi We are having some issues this morning with our exchange 2007 server. We are able to send and recieve internal e-mails and send e-mails to external addresses. However we are not recieving any e-mails from any external address's. Does anybody have any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Sorry for the double post However we were just looking for clarification that we have the right cables. Out of the HP Procurve 4108gl it is a SC connector - OM3 cable - LC connector - Fiber patch panel - 0M3 Fiber run - Fiber patch panel - LC connector - 0M3 Cable - LC connector into the SX/LC mini-GBIC transceiver Thanks Again

Hi we are going to try and update the firmware on the switch, however we just found the information stating the cable is an LC-SC Fiber cable. It appears to fit but is this the right cable? The logs do show that the mini-GBIC is detected. Thanks Nathan

Thanks for the replies. We have just tried plugging the module into another switch and it worked when we swapped it with the existing module. It is a genuine HP module. Thanks

Hi All We have recently purchased a HP Procurve 2910al Switch. We have tried to install a Procurve J4858C mini-GBIC into the switch. However the switch isnt recognizing the mini-GBIC. So we need to change a setting on the switch itself. The main switch our fiber is coming from is a HP Procurve 4108GL. Any help will be very much appreciated Nathan

Hi Thanks for the reply. We have got it working non-transparently now using the RM Dns servers and the uplink proxy used by the Smart Cache. However BWM isn't picking up the requests transparently. It forwards the requests onto the squid port fine however it doesn't pick the packets up with having the proxy settings with that ip in.

Hi I am trying to setup squid on a windows 7 machine but have run into a problem. We have another proxy (RM SmartCache 2) however this has been kept out of the configuration. The windows 7 machine with squid installed has 2 network cards on seperate VLANs. VLAN 2 has the client machines on while VLAN 1 has the internet connection. Connection sharing is enabled on the VLAN 1 card. We have allowed the proxy through the firewall. The client machines have the default gateway set as the Proxy server. I am using softperfect bandwidth manager installed to forward the requests to squid. However when trying to connect on a client machine the request is received by BWM but no entry appears in squids access log. If the proxy settings are manually inputted into the client machine an entry does appear in the access log. It keeps returning a DNS error although we are using open DNS servers (208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220) I have attached the squid config file for you to take a look at and make sure everything is correct. squid.conf.txt Thanks Nathan

Hi We are run a CC4.2 network and keen to expand the storage space. We were looking at putting an iSCSI SAN in however as neither of us have installed a SAN beore we were looking for any tips or problems that we may face during the installation process. We have 3 user servers that will need to be connected to the SAN. If anyone has installed a SAN I would be grateful if you could give an explanation of the installation process. Regards Nathan
