    It does work on SBB, seems certain IP addresses it didn't. So that would make sense with what Tesco are saying.

    Are you all paying for SendGrid as it has a 100 a day limit on the free tier?

    Wonde is an extra charge, however. So depending on how frequent your data changes doing it manually may be more cost effective.

    I think it's to do with Tesco changing something their end, and some IP's being blacklisted, in my opinion. Are you on 85.92.167.228? We were on this earlier, I raised a case pointing out my thoughts, and now our IP has changed. The CAPTCHA thing is new on Tesco so maybe they're upgrading their security.

    Regardless of the cause, this is devastating for the school. Glad nobody was hurt though and good luck to them getting things back together.

    So I assume the trust top slices money from the schools then?

    Who covers the additional expenses such as: - Technicians travel costs - Technicians devices (Laptop / Mobile) - Technicians CPD If a serious issue occurs at a school requiring multiple technicians, do they pay multiple day rates?

    Cashless Catering in general seems very expensive for what it actually is.

    SWGfL charge 5.45 per device for 3 years. So very different to your quote.
