    I don't believe there is a way unless you do it via a report. Don't Capita provide a read only copy of the database?

    Can’t see how an RFO affecting 25 schools or so can take days to write. I’ve seen some companies publish RFO’s within hours. It must be fairly comprehensive perhaps.

    Agreed. No huge savings made. The small savings on heating / lighting help balance the losses in other areas such as catering and lettings and the increased cleaning costs.
