SendGrid had been set up by iSAMS and they eventually provided me with the DNS records similar to David's. Just awaiting for our external DNS to propagate. Thank you everyone! Wouter

Hi David, I can see that access to Sendgrid account is required - I have no idea yet who in our school has the details. I joined in September. They provide details on their support videos regarding the process - so fingers crossed! Wouter

I did make an SPF record change on DNS. I asked iSams support the question first, but they said it was beyond their support. David: I am indeed trying to get Sendgrid accepted - do you have details of the DNS changes? Wouter

We use iSAMS - Cloud based. When iSAMS sends messages it pretends to originate from our domain. When using the Gmail app we get warnings: Be careful with this message . This message has a 'from' address in but has failed 's required tests for authentication. The sending IP address has been whitelisted. Any solutions? Thank you, Wouter

Paper cut allows for BYOD support - including printing via email. Many apps support share via email - will this work for you?
