Good Morning, Just a quick question regarding the Civica reval units. Has anyone else been quoted £350 to have their units upgraded to accept the new £20 note? I'm sure we weren't charged that much when the other new notes came out. Thank you in advance Lisa

I think ultimately, the issue is do you give the supply a SIMS login? If the supply member of staff has got access to SIMS, the cover manager can assign the supply staff with the relevant classes. This way, the registers appear on the SIMS homepage for the supply staff. If you don't do cover through SIMS, you can still pick up other teachers groups through the take register icon. You don't need to have a member of staff registered through the timetabling software to take their class register.

I use both Nova T and SMHW and you do need the class groups to be created in Nova-T so that it mirrors across to SMHW. If it helps, any groups set up in the alternative curriculum also show in SMHW and they are quicker to set up but just a pain to populate in SIMS.
