We are still using the 390s same spec with a 250gb ssd. Working great and definitely working on Windows 10. We also have the 745,755 and 760 running perfectly fine too.

TenGigabitEthernet1/0/1 or GigabitEthernet1/0/49
mukz replied to abillybob's topic in Wired Networks
Pretty sure its one or the other meaning you would need to configure the 10gigabit ethernet -
Are they set as Global hot spares for that Raid?

Are you a smart software school? That is the first question? Secondly does the staff actually use them or do they use them as glorified clickers to press next on a powerpoint presentation?

Decommission exchange 2010 after Hybrid migration.
mukz replied to nicholab's topic in Cloud Services

I did it last year! Was hard, but i had my current school on board as we had IT staff leaving left right and centre. They accepted the fact that i would leave so instead said you can do 5 days here but if there is anything over 2 days spent elsewhere i would reimburse the school by either working evenings or weekends, which i didnt mind honestly as i wanted to get my business up and running. The school has helped me get another 3 schools in past 6 months. I give me current school 1/5 of a price now

If you or anyone else is not watching it (like you have time to sit there and watch, cos i defo dont) or keeping an eye on it how is that not a bigger safeguarding issue? You may spot something which by the time you have watched retrospectively could escalate aka your axeman.

Is it anywhere else? Premises office? Heads office? If not, throw it in there an let it be their problem

If nothing is working on ANY machine A) Trace the cable going from router, firewall (or web filter) into switch- unless they have some fancy setup this is your internet cable. B) plug it into your laptop or pc and set the settings to what was provided from client or internet provider - if there is no internet, call internet service provider C) If internet is working, plug a console cable into the switch which the internet uplink was connected to and see if you get an ip address. See if the dhcp server is responding using wireshark. Thats maybe something along the lines i would go down. There are many ways of doing it.
