Form/Database to record Covid Testing
Simcfc73 replied to Wirral_Wonderer's topic in How do you do....it?
It's for storing the test results locally, after we've uploaded the results to the DFE and the pupils have done the LITE Registration. It did mention it was available as a template. -
Form/Database to record Covid Testing

Hi, So many questions and playing catchup but firstly... does anyone have a link or a copy of the form they use to collect info from when doing the flow tests. I presume it needs the name / consent date / test date / barcode but it mentioned today on a webinar its in one of the google drive docs but I can't find it. -

I've been asked to help out with our boarding pupils who are coming back this week. At least we'll use some of them. -

Just got an email in my junk from [email protected] Some of the text includes...... The use of any pharmaceutical products, including test kits, comes with risks and responsibilities. Some test kits contain toxic chemicals on the swabs1 that can be dangerous to put in the mouth and nasal passage. Schools must acknowledge financial and medical liability for illness, injury or psychological damage that may occur as a result of carrying out these procedures Looks like its from UK Medical Freedom Alliance (UKMFA) -
Enjoyed this, actually thought it was better than the last series (JV apart)

I decided to get Disney for a month to watch Mandalorian.. I got it on trial when it first came out and wasn't that impressed but I'll give it another go... it can't be worse than Star Trek. So glad the Expanse is back..

Tempt me to move to MS Config Endpoint Manager
Simcfc73 replied to _techie_'s topic in Enterprise Software
I moved Exchange 365 a couple of years ago, I've only moved a handful of computers to Office 365 as our LSU wanted dictate and Dragon licensing is just stoopid. I'm not using comp activation, I eventually found out that a group policy was stopping the activation for the users but I've sorted it now so they log straight in. I did have Smoothwall till a couple of year ago but jumped to Sophos when I needed a new Smoothie box and the ££ was too much. PDQ is awesome, my fave tool. -
Sophia reporting is average, the add-on (fastvue ) you can get makes it as good as smoothwall imho.

Tempt me to move to MS Config Endpoint Manager

Very similar to my domain. I'll need some convincing to change some of my stuff... Recently moved to office365 which was more of a pain than I expected. I do feel my ltsc is bingg left behind... But not sure how. -
Hi, Can anyone help with this... getting it for students at present and one needs it for an interview. We don't use it usually, I've allowed staff access by just assigning a license to them which I've done for students but it keeps saying [h=1]You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams for[/h]I've allowed guest access too. I assigned the license yesterday so should be there now and is showing up. Any help would be great

When stuff like this happens I brick myself I've been hacked.
-
Be interested in this myself, I bought a USG to sit in front of our Sophos XG box but it just argued the toss with everything.
-
Personally I would grind the render off to the flat brick then just patch up any bits that fall off. Sounds like a fun project, I'm itching to start a new one.

I'm trying to understand raised by wolves.. very Ridley scottesque...covenant not the good aliens one.
-
We bought some generic ones in the height of desperation.. the sound is awful on them so we ended up buying some external microphones. Only ones I could find.
-
I echo the reporting bit on XG, its a nice product... much easier to use than Smoothwall IMHO and the price was cheaper than the SW renewal even with a new appliance.
-
I never really had an issue with 6, not keen on the new UI though.. I'm sticking with basic.

That's the term I was looking for, I did some research years ago when our first one went and stripped it down but it was a goner. Our oldest one is June 2008.
