Along these lines, I have a lot of junk in when I look at Queue Viewer. I suspect it's loads of NDRs trying to go off to email addresses which are SPAMming me, which I think is why I get on the occassional blacklist. Do you lot send external NDRs? If not, how do you get round it?

I'm on "Update Rollup 21 for Exchange Server 2010 SP3 May 7, 2018 14.03.0399.002" I've spoken to someone there and they are receiving other external email. Seems odd they appear to be the only domain I can't send to.

Got a problem where my site won't email @suffolk.gov.uk addresses. All other emails go. Looking in the Queue Viewer I can see 9 emails sitting there with the queue saying; If I right click and do "Retry" then it has a bit of a think and then says the same. When I first started looking in to this problem half an hour ago, nslookup to suffolk.gov.uk failed on the exchange server, but worked on all the other servers I tried it on. An ipconfig /flushdns on the exchange solved that, but the emails still aren't going. nslookup to all other addresses I tried worked. PING resolves to the correct IP, and did even before the /flushdns. Where do I go next please? We kinda need to be able to email the LA! Thank you Stuart

I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes it's the obvious which is overlooked - They are both set to DHCP are they? One doesn't have a static in it?

Other than removing the iis 8 bit, I haven't modified anything from the original download;

Right, blitzed the server and installed everything afresh following the video (which I have to confess I had ignored previously as it said v8 so I assumed it wasn't relevant) and am now at the point of the first post in this thread! Unfortunately for me, the OP @RCoon solved it by blitzing the server and starting again! Anyone got any pointers please? I have removed the iis 8 bit in web.config, added a self certified cert, and done the iis apppooldata\hap settings. This is on a fresh server 2019 install. I am up to about 9:30 in the vid. If I browse to the server name, I get the IIS screen, if I browse to server/hap I get the screenshot in post #1. Stuart

OK, got there! Thanks, however..... Now when I go to http://hapserver/hap, it obviously does something as the address changes to https://hapserver/hap/setup.aspx but says; What next..... Stuart P.S. I have to say the documentation on installing this is pretty dire. If I did a new one, who would I give it to?

If you currently redirect the Start Menu, this works very differently.

I'm trying to do this and also can't see "IIS AppPool\HAP". In fact, a lot of the instructions seem to be inadequate now. Do you have any info on how you did it please? Or does anyone else have some more up-to-date guidance? Thank you Stuart

Asset tag. Then look them up in AD to either see which OU it's in, or if it's a staff laptop the description to see who logged in last and chances are it's theirs.

They are virtually on the hour, just a couple of minutes off. Two, both have the correct time.

Presumably not as it varies on different machines as to how far out they are, and not all machines are wrong. Shouldn't restarting the machine do that too as it's effectively restarting the service? Happy to be told 'not the case'. Stuart

Timezone is correct, and no they can't. Even the staff can't! It's the fact it increments slowly over time that gets me. It doesn't suddenly become 8 hours out, it will be one hour, then two, then three.......
