  1. I am, as always, @aerospacemango
  2. I tend to strip out the HDD and wipe it onsite, before destruction. Stone will charge £5 each HDD for wiping (I think!) BUT, they do take EVERYTHING that you have! Cases, printers, scanners, switches, you name it!, leads, monitors (Both CRT and flat). I've really enjoyed dealing with them, as they are so good at communication.
  3. Stone recycling.... Always been good to us! http://www.stonegroup.co.uk/services--support/professional-services/recycling.aspx Oh, and they do it for freeeeeee!
  4. I am the same EVERYWHERE!!! Anyhooooo....I just use it to keep up with friends, spy on celebs and pick up news about my Superhoops (QPR!) It's a bit egocentric...I mean....Who really wants to know what I'M doing, in 140 characters!
  5. I am most definitely a jeans and t-shirt man! I spent the best part of 18-19 years wearing shirts, waistcoats, bow-ties and tuxedos....When I found out that I didn't need to be so formal.... That all changed! I get bags of respect, around the college, no matter what I wear, and I truly think that what anyone wears should not be an issue.
  6. A rather simplistic view of a statistic. Chow mein beats curry as Britain's favourite food - Telegraph gives a slightly differing view to the Communications Manager at FGR. These are simply polls as to what people will eat when they go out for a meal...........NOT what they like to eat at a football match. They can dress it up as much as they wish, but I'm pretty certain that they will find the profits from the catering side will fall quite rapidly. I await proof that I am wrong in this assumption!
  7. This "Freedom of choice" that you speak of...... Surely we cannot have it any more, otherwise why would the minority get to rule over the majority? Indeed, the "Freedom of choice" here, is to not eat at the ground, and to get something in MaccyD's on the way there! Way to go, FGR, look at your club and decide which revenue stream you'd like to cut off. Moronic madness, in my opinion......and that has nothing to do with vegetarianism, it's to do with cold hard facts. Football supporters, in the main, would like a burger, hot dog or meat pie at half time. They certainly don't want to be preached to. *Please realise that these are MY opinions only*
  8. Sadly, I haven't found a way to install Flash on my LG GT540 2.2 yet....probably because the processor won't handle it.....so I cannot test it Boooooooo!!!!
  9. "I got really frustrated at the bad press teachers were getting [for school closures]," said David Mitchell, the school's deputy head. "I threw out an idea about hosting online lessons." I'm more impressed that despite a heavy filming schedule for Peep Show, That Mitchell and Webb Look, and 10 0'clock Live, David Mitchell still finds time to be a deputy head. Top man!
  10. Might try that myself, in future! (That's should I ever find myself single again!)
  11. Love the Leia ones..... would happily have them on my wall.....just not sure the OH would like it!!!
  12. Have done the Ferrari Experience at Silverstone..... Fortunately, the day I did it, the bottom half of the circuit was closed so it was ALL based around the pits and start/finish line. First corner, I go into it at about 80, and do a 360. Come to a stop and look sheepishly at the instructor, who says "That's how easy it is to spin!" Had 3 laps, total, and there really is nothing like going over the S/F line at 150+, braking into the first corner, and then tearing up the tarmac as you race away. I'd say do the Ferrari, but I'm biased!!!!
  13. Ummmmm....Does this mean you don't have one already? Mine has breakfast ready for me each and every morning. Supper is on the table for when I walk in the door. Only problem is, now they have their own internet, he's hoovering up all the bandwidth....and trust me, with only 256k, it's a real pain! Gonna have to reset to factory default before the weekend!
  14. According to the BBC they will be releasing an app for BBC iPlayer on Android 2.2 later this week BBC - BBC Internet Blog: BBC iPlayer apps, coming soon to Android and iPad Possibly worth a look for those with 2.2 !!
  15. I'd like to think that SOMEWHERE there is a BotGeek forum where all the robots are complaining about how they are treated by their humans! It COULD happen!
  16. It's ok..... I managed to avert the crisis by sticking on some Turin Brakes "Painkiller" That'll do it!
  17. Dammit...I only had to LOOK at my last post, and that bleeding song is now going round my head! QUICK.....Put Spotify on!!!!
  18. Hi Nick....Not sure if this will help, but I was looking for the same thing.... I went into Terminal Sevices -> Terminal Services Configuration -> Connections -> RDP-Tcp Properties -> Sessions In there you will see "Override User Settings" Tick the box, and set your time limits. Hope this is what you were after....If not, then I've just wasted a couplea minutes of your life....for which I apologise!!!
  19. I say that I work in IT..... And then attempt to look as geeky as possible, just so that I fit the stereotype!
  20. Yep...done here too! Would like to think that we'd ALL do the same for each other!
  21. Can't believe no-one has suggested............ Saturday Night, by Whigfield!!!
  22. tbh.....I doubt that you'd notice the TIEs, unless you are specifically looking for them! I know that I've never seen them before....and I've seen RotJ...oooo....50 times??? LOL!!!
  23. I think that would be a great idea!!! We should all use it as a Health & Safety tool....Make sure that WE don't make the same mistake! UPLOAD!!!!
  24. Cyano definitely ROCK! Just put their 2.2 Froyo build onto my LG GT540, and it is awesome! And people said it couldn't be done!
  25. Very interested in this, Si..... Have downloaded, installed, and now waiting for next week to try it out! This could help our inventory system, no end! Cheers!
