  4. To block https://www.youtube.com as this allows the students to use youtube unfiltered as the header re-write only seems to apply to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself
  5. Hi guys We're struggling to block https://www.youtube.com on our Smoothwall. The header override works fine though! Any ideas?
  6. Try adding this to the bottom of your wordpress config file (wp-config.php) define('WP_PROXY_HOST', 'IP_ADDRESS_PROXY'); define('WP_PROXY_PORT', 'PROXY_PORT'); define('WP_PROXY_USERNAME', 'USERNAME'); define('WP_PROXY_PASSWORD', 'PASSWORD'); define('WP_PROXY_BYPASS_HOSTS', 'localhost, INTERNAL_SUBNET');

  10. Hey all Does anyone have a PC replacement policy that I can take a gander at? We're finally being allowed to create one (don't ask) and I'm just looking for a few ideas about where to start / what to consider. Thanks!
  11. Are there any large files in your sysvol folder?
  12. This information can be found in the AutomatedSetupWithIMC.txt. To be honest, it seems to be a little hit and miss, although I haven't spent a lot of time with it. 1) Prepare a global common directory which can be accessed by all computers in the network. Alternatively, a directory on an USB drive works as well. 2) Install iTALC on the master computer. Afterwards run the IMC and alter the settings according to your needs and your environment. In the "Authentication" area, launch the iTALC access key assistant and let it create an access key pair and export the public key to the directory prepared in step 1) 3) Create an iTALC client reference installation. Afterwards run the IMC and alter the settings according to your needs and your environment. Then save the settings via "File" -> "Save settings into file" to the directory prepared in step 1) and choose a filename, e.g. ClientSettings.xml 4) Copy the content of the installation directory (e.g. all files in C:\Program Files\iTALC\) to the directory prepared in step 1). 5) Write a batch file with the following commands and place it in the same directory as the files in the previous steps. mkdir "C:\Program Files\iTALC" cp *.exe *.dll *.txt *.xml "C:\Program Files\iTALC\" cd "\Program Files\iTALC" imc -ApplySettings ClientSettings.xml imc -ImportPublicKey PublicKey.key.txt ica -RegisterService ica -StartService After running this batch file on a client, the client should be ready for use with the iTALC network.
  13. I take it you're leaving it for a period of time before closing and reopening? The client updates according to the time period you set in the client options.
  14. I take it the GAL isn't being downloaded at all by the clients? Are you pushing it out by web address? If you are, try the following. Fixed the problems we were having with our GAL. Open up IIS on your Exchange server, drill down to the /OAB directory, right click on it and click Edit Permissions. Click the Security tab and set Authenticated Users to allow Read access. In the EMC, go to Organisation Configuration, Mailbox, then click the Offline Address Book tab. Right click on the OAB and click Update. In Outlook, click the down arrow next to Send / Receive, and click Download Address Book Bit of a long shot, but maybe worth a try.
  15. Bit dull really... sorry!
