  1. That's rather harsh/distasteful; I know some very intelligent people with dyslexia, far from monkeys.
  2. They are probably quoting this figure as a "cease" of adsl on your line which I believe they now have to pay BT. Have a look at - ADSL - New "cease" charge When I left plusnet (to move my parents from it to Virgin) the guy was understanding when I explained the situ and he wrote it off, mind you I'd been a customer for a number of years.
  3. Yeah, I'm seeing the ipad2 one now. Win an iPad
  4. Depends what you're into I suppose. I tend to follow some witty (and some not so witty) celebrity's, friends on here with an edu/IT focus and use it as a stalking mechanism to keep an eye on what's happening in everyone's lives, a bit like what facebook did initially before it tried to takeover the world. I'm @kcmount
  5. I'm not entirely sure either way, it seems odd that the "report a post" functionality works just fine, it's this new snazzy reply box that auto saves, calculates the phase of the moon etc that seems to bring the issue up.
  6. Doesn't work on Chromium 12 on this OS either. (but alt + s does)
  7. Using Linux Mint 11 x64. Was on Firefox 3 before (Linux Mint 10 uses that), upgraded from 10>11 via aptitude (which was fun and not like you'd think from a debian background) which brought in new firefox and it still does it I'm afraid.
  8. Issue persists in Firefox 5.0 here.
  9. Checked the default gateway is correct? / if so, can you ping it? Can you ping the proxy?
  10. ta, will look. Photostory 3 doesn't work on 64bit 2003 and no amount of hacking of the msi is making that happen. I'm about to try and fake it with Cameyo to see if that works.
  11. Oh I will, don't you worry I will *plots*
  12. Can always count on you fine chaps for constructive comments. I'll remember this!!
  13. Hello, Seeking viable alternatives for MS Photostory. (Not worried about the version of windows just yet). Ideas welcomed. Cheers, Kim
  14. Point to note, the report post function still works ok with tab + enter.
  15. The DL380 G7 definitely does, I put one in a couple of weeks ago using two different arrays / types.
  16. Hi Ben, I put a DL380 in recently and it supported this no problem. Can't completely confirm on the 360 but I'd imagine it would.
  17. Sukh, James' other thread is - http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-server-2000-2003/78062-server-down-administrator-cannot-login-directory-services-unavailable.html I'm sure he'd be grateful for your help especially given the circumstances!
  18. That's 8 pages of laughs in time I won't be getting back!!
  19. I'd go with that.

  21. I'd be happy with something else too.
  22. Yup, opened up the link in a tab.
  23. Afraid not for me. The tab isn't actually being picked up in my case as the cursor remains in the text box?
  24. Subnet mask / gateway correct on it? (otherwise it won't *see* what's coming in from outside your subnet)
  25. Glad it was only an ad campaign, but sadly people like this do actually exist.
